The best clinic i have ever been, Choice Clinic is the best Choice!:) Jay provides the best service and solve out my back issue ~

Having been a patient at Choice clinic for over a year, I can’t praise their combination of physiotherapy and acupuncture services enough. The welcoming and friendly staff, along with their invaluable assistance in navigating the ACC process, has made my journey to recovery much smoother. I initially sought treatment for back and neck sprains, and they not only helped me heal but also provided clear and comprehensive guidance on daily body conditioning, including personalised workout and stretching plans. The quick response and attentive care I’ve received at Choice clinic have been outstanding.
Highly recommend. Plus, I have to mention that their massage chair is an absolute gem!

I would rate them lower than 1 star if I could. I was exchanging e-mail yesterday with one of their physio his name is Jay Choi. He told me that I can't use my ACC number anymore because it's already expired, which is fair. So I've decided to call ACC and they informed me that I can still use it provided that the clinic will apply for a Manual 32 form. I called their clinic again to inform them about it and Jay Choi told me that there's 95% chances that it will not be approved and shared his beautiful life story that he's already been doing it for 10 years - which I think unnecessary. He even said that it won't be approved because I lasted for more than a year living with it which I think not the ideal mentality for someone whose in his field. After our conversation over the phone, I have decided to phone ACC again just to confirm that the figure of 95% rejection of manual 32 was true and ACC told me that yes there is no guarantee but it all depends on how they apply for it and how bad is the case. I understand that the there's a small chance of it being approved but NOT ZERO. The level of arrogance is out of this world, the lack of compassion is unspeakable and professionalism is non existent. Negative 5 star rating for this one.

I been having shooting, stabbing pain on my left toe. I have been suffering in pain for the past 3 weeks. Choice Clinic knows exactly how to treat it. My symptom has gotten better. I wish I came here a lot earlier. The place is clean and the services here are great.

What a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing place to recover from! They are very friendly and helpful. I've already been back to them two different injuries in three years. Both experiences were pleasant.

I also recommend this clinic because they do a body checkup for you at the end of the session (maybe upon requests).

Love this clinic! Helped me get my knee pain sorted and the clinic is very nice and relaxing. Would definitely reach out again if I have another injury.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this Clinic.

The physiotherapists is rude and unprofessional. Treating the areas that are not required and ignoring my request to treat areas that are in pain. The duration of the treatment was ridiculously short, we were agreed to 45 minutes but in reality it was 15. They’re also unreasonable, randomly cancel a few of my appointments even though I had called in sick in advance. Lastly when I confronted them about these issues, I was escorted out and told not to come back. I’m enraged and frustrated! Having been to other Physio clinics this one’s the most misleading and simply the worst. Shame

Visited Choice Clinic for my back pain. I have been on tramadol for a good few months but John the physiotherapist taught me good exercise to help with strengthening my back muscles. Good results and now I don't need regular tramadol. Life changing. I highly recommend

I get a lot of injuries from playing soccer and been to many different clinics. This is by far the best! Could not recommend more.

I had a sore back and received treatment from acupucturist and physio. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Pain is now completely gone and am very happy.

I was seen by Jay and he is amazing! My back was in a lot of pain and he knew what was the problem straight away and fixed it! Highly recommend Choice Clinic!

Highly recommend this place. First off it’s clean and tidy and the receptionist is pleasant and greets you with a smile. There’s free coffee ().

I have been getting acupuncture and physiotherapy and both the doctors of respective treatment are well experienced and gentle. They have answered my curios questions patiently.

I would highly recommend this place. I feel really comfortable with the treatment and they are good in their work. Really friendly staff and help with the process. Glad to discover the place for my injury.

Could not recommend more, I was in a lot of pain and they managed to fit me in on the day. Received the most phenomenal treatments from Kenny (acupuncture) and John (Physio), the treatment plan was thorough and well communicated. The atmosphere of the clinic is extremely calming too.

I had great acupuncture and physio treatments here for my wrist and back injuries, highly recommend this clinic:)
