Even though I did not deal with him directly a job was agreed upon through my agent to be completed by settlement, which he told my lawyer without my approval that it had been finished. But because he went straight to my lawyer it was to late for me to check and when I showed up it hadn't been done. Would not recommend going with his service

Unfortunately can't recommend. Over promised and under delivered resulting in an unsold property and 2 months behind schedule missing the peak opportunity in the market and almost missing our dream house. Tried hard but didn't deliver.
