I dropped in with friends for coffee and cake during a Christmas trip to Auckland. Very friendly staff, good cabinet food choices which were delivered swiftly, followed by very nice coffees. Nice corner location for people watching on comfy chairs. Highly recommended.

I have visited here for MANY years. The quality and standard of food is always high and never fails to delight the taste buds.

Always wonderful service from all the staff and stand outs are Marissa and Mamu. When coming to Auckland we alway come here for morning coffees and other patrons are always up for conversation about sports. Have had lovely food here too, breakky is great.

Chocolate cake is delicious! The staff are also very friendly I really liked the unique atmosphere of the store. It feels like I'm at an amusement park I'll come again next time!

Really really good. Service was absolutely the best, going out of their way way to help. Very friendly and so kind to our 2 year old. Food delicious, the hash brown was banging!

Popular spot, but that can mean crowded and noisy. The food was better on the menu than on the plate but still acceptable enough. Service was patchy but not bad. A pleasantly unremarkable experience.

Had a lovely hot drink outside on the evening of imminent lockdown. The last purchased hot beverage, 17th August. Looking forward to a bought coffee soon.

Circus Circus is a favorite to go to. The friendly staff & excellent food is a treat! The decor is just exactly what the name states! A truly unique themed fun place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner! The desserts are the icing on the cake. Their curly fries are superb. The sheer variety of their menu is a real treat for the senses. This is one place you want to return to regularly. One gets a sense of eager anticipation as to what to have next & after that what next! A great menu at a great venue with the best themed decor! The variety of seating arrangements & different levels makes this a cozy regular haunt. Very well maintained in keeping up with the theme & so well & tastefully decorated. Has a unique charm & most of us fit in & feel very comfy & at ease immediately. One of my top favorite recommends to all.

Greeted with a smile as soon as we entered the front door, our waitress was very attentive with a bubbly personality. Food was served quick and very tasty. We sat at the tent and it was very cosy with the outdoor heaters and blankets provided. Good to know they offer venue hire as they have a bar at the back house, upper deck area and side show with deck. Great layout and we will deff be back for the dinner menu.

If you're a vegan or vegetarian don't bother.
They have made zero attempt to cater for a developing market

Great service, excellent food. The homemade hash brown is superbly tasty. It's always busy here and the food will tell you why.

The legendary banoffe pie, delicious. The staff were nice and attentive. Nice chilled atmosphere. Had soft warm blankets for outside Highly recommend it.

Ordered takeaway coffees, 1 piccolo, 1 flat white. Had to specify both double shot and piccolo to be filled half way. Had one sip and both were binned, tasted awful/burnt.

Always the first place to come on my mind when someone asks me whether I know any nice cafes nearby.
Nice ambience, good theme, awesome customer service, and good beverages and food. Never disappointed.

Fantastic service and amazing food. We had a mishap with Uber Eats and the response from these guys was amazing. Just like Arnie, I'll be back.

Staff made 3 different regular customers before they made mine after I ordered first. Staff are rude and slow

Great location, plenty of spaces and tables. However lack lustre service (having to ask for menus, forgetting orders) makes me reticent to go back. Good food from the kitchen though, and great for a Sunday roast. Hence just "OK" from me.

$40 for 2 slices of cake and 2 coffees is a joke…especially when the banoffee pie has black rotting banana in it and the base tastes and feels like a brick of lard…it was so thick and hard that it couldn’t be cut with a knife! I’ve never left a place so disgusted. Deserves no stars!
