4Ordered a click and collect and tried to call the store (no answer multiple times) at 3: 45pm to let them know I was coming to grab my click and collect as they close at 4. Arrived at 3: 55 to lights off and the manager in the store. She mouthed we are closed and I pointed to my watch to say it wasn’t 4 as yet and asked her to open the door so I could let her know I wanted to get my click and collect. She refused to open the door or answer the phone even though technically they were still open. I called Newmarket to ask them to assist and she refused to answer the phone to her colleagues as well. Appalling service and assumption on her part. When I went the next day to get my click and collect no apology or recognition of what had transpired the day before. If they were not the only store with the product I wanted I would have cancelled and taken my money elsewhere.
Friendly staff. Very helpful. Loved the range of products. Brought a chest of drawers. Will definitely be going back
The cashier really new how make a customer feel out of place. She greeted every other customer except me. Wont be going there again.
