From first contact I was given a rundown of the process & a timeline of when things would happen. Everyone who was involved from start to finish was wonderful, even us throwing in at the last minute that we wanted a lemon tree for an existing pot. It was super fun planning & then seeing it come to life. We are very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to use City Botanics again.

I asked Martin to draw up a design for my courtyard. He transformed it from a space with random planter boxes to two defined outdoor rooms with areas of garden that will give me joy all year round. I could never have come up with this idea on my own and it reinforces the value that a professional brings to a project. I had him do all the work including sourcing additional containers and plants and adding a fountain. I'm very happy with the end result and look forward to enjoying my new courtyard for years to come.

Martin is very approachable, helpful and has an excellent process in place. By spending time with us on-site he helped us to identify what we liked and how we wanted to proceed with our garden design. He reliably got back to us when he said he would, provided us with options, provided us with a useful break-down of costs and was happy to make changes as we reviewed the plans. Martin is fantastic - he is very knowledgeable and was able to transform our previously empty deck into a great outdoor space. We got in touch with City Botanics without really knowing what we were looking for and Martin was able to figure out what our style was and how to bring that to life. I have a couple of their moss terrariums (miniscapes). The staff at City Botanics are always very kind and generous with helpful advice. I used to have mossballs (kokedama) in Japan but could never keep them alive for long. The detailed care instructions for miniscapes on the City Botanics’ website helps me keep my moss alive and well! But, like I said, the staff is always there with helpful advice beyond those great instructions. All around wonderful experience so far!

City Botanics did a wonderful job creating our garden design plans for our backyard. They were able to come up with a plan that suited our style and desires. Their communication throughout the process was great and we were able to use these plans to implement the work ourselves
