I received great care from Dr. Laurie while in New Zealand for a month last year on holiday, to help continue my usual chiropractic care that I receive back home. Very helpful and accommodating! Having the appointment openings available to view online was helpful for planning while I was in and out of Auckland.

Recommended by a colleague, and glad I went. After sharp back pains that were limiting movement, they got me started up right away with an x-ray and clearly explained why I was experiencing this pain. Coupled with exercise, their solid knowledge and technique, and a plan, I'm on my way to recovery. Got me ready for a very important event at work and ready for moving house!

Love this chiropractor, very informative about where your problems are, also love the fact that you get an X-ray done on first visit so you can see for yourself where the issues are. Been going for a few weeks and already my back and neck pain has decreased significantly. Been to other chiropractors and pain never seemed to go away. 10/10 would recommend and staff are absolutely lovely!

Friendly team and easy to book appointments both online and over the phone. I've been seeing Nick on and off for years now and he's assisted greatly in management of back pain and injuries.

I referred a friend to this place last year because she had a severe back problem and always heard about how great Dr. Nick is until I visited the clinic this week and met him in person, which proved it is so true! Dr. Nick is very knowledgeable and passionate about how to improve your health.he explained the process very clearly and was easy to talk to.he went through my x-ray result and pointed out my problems and what he would do in the next few months. I felt very safe and informed about what I am going for. My first adjustment was amazing and I felt better after. I am really looking forward to coming back for my next appointment. Nick is so knowledgeable and passionate and it was enlightening for me to learn from him how important chiropractic care is for health and wellbeing. Dr Marc has been incredible at sorting out my spine (see the photo, ha!) and nurturing good healthy habits into place - a genuine, down to earth good guy who really knows his stuff!

I personally didn't enjoy my experience with city chiropractic and wouldn't recommend based on my customer service experience. I have no doubt that the chiropractors are experienced at adjustments and the adjustments I received were helpful.
However, I felt that the team could have done more in the initial discussion as to what was happening and what the next steps were. In my consultation I was told we were going through to get an x-ray but there was no explanation that this was going to be an extra cost and an adjustment wasn't included in the first visit. I was surprised by the extra cost of x-ray the counter as there was no consultation on this. I had told the team it was my first time at a chiropractor but my experience felt rushed. The only tools I was given to work on myself was to 'exercise' (no specifics) and mind my posture.
Personally, customer service and thorough communication is a big factor in determining my trust and customer satisfaction in any service I engage. I ultimately decided to try somewhere else.

I started my treatment at City Chiropractic around 6 months ago and it has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Jack is extremely helpful and is passionate about his work. He is great at his job and is helping me with my posture improvement and spinal issues to a great extent. Moreover, the atmosphere of the clinic is very friendly and everyone is extremely understanding, patient and caring (I'm one of those people who always has more than a hundred things on her mind at a time and is often late!). I highly recommend City Chiropractic to anyone in need of chiropractic care!

Dr. Laurie is very professional and passionate about his work. He will educate clients on the practice, terms and results which can be expected.
He is also great for a personalised plan to cater for your needs and your time.
For me the results have truly been felt in my everyday life- HUGE reduction in stress, more energy, improved range of movements and balance. Not to forget splendid sleep.

Both receptionists are wonderful! Especially Amanda, as she comforted me after I was feeling very overwhelmed with my first app. My chiro is such a cool dude, patient with my questions, is fast but doesn't make me feel rushed. And the other chiro is always polite and makes a point of saying hello
