Arrived back at work after the Kings Birthday (Long) weekend to discover a huge tag had been painted on a very visible part of the sight I work at. The owner of the business asked me to sort it out and get it removed ASAP. So I sent out several emails asking for quotes. Civic not only answered the email the same day (by the time they had removed it I still had not had replies from most) but I had a quote through and a site visit within a few days. Before the end of the week the Graffiti was removed (not over painted but professionally removed). Fantastic service and the quote was very competitive (if not one of the cheaper ones I received). Highly recommended.

We have had such a positive experience with Civic Group. Transitioning from our old waste collection provider to Civic has been seamless with excellent communication, follow through on promises, and nice looking bins! They are even monitoring to make sure we have the right frequency of collection so we don't waste our money on unnecessary pick ups. Big tick, guys. We used Civic to control weeds on our driveway. They offered options of Round up or Chemical free. We opted for chemical free application with kids around and the results were great and the operator was friendly to deal with!

They were awesome with each stage of the process of having our concrete and fencing waterblasted. Came in for the inspection and quoting process first. Quote was reasonable, came in on time and covered the work to exceptional quality standard and within the promised timeframe and signed off by a supervisor after a post inspection. Everything was on point. Can't ask for more.

Brad and the team came to Wynyard Quarter to clean out the flangeways in the rails for the tramway that runs around the Quarter. These fill up with all manner of detritus and when it rains, the stuff floats up and on to the rail head on which the tram wheels run. As the tram passes over the rubble the noise is very unpleasant for tram passengers and neighbouring apartment residents. Following the several hours of work with bars lifting to rubble up, a vacuum brush truck ran behind sweeping it away. Running the tram yesterday in the pouring rain, I found the line was whisper quiet, proof of a job well done. Thanks heaps guys.
