CleanCo Truck Wash

They charged me $225 for a 3 axle truck and 3 axle trailer. The job was not done properly. Truck and trailer wasn't washed the way it should have been. Not worth paying that amount. The staff behavior was not good at all when told that the truck is not washed properly.

Drove straight into cleaning bay and the guys started washing. In and out in half an hour. Bloody great. Thanks guys see you next time.

Went to this business on Thursday to have my motorhome washed as I can't reach the roof very easily. Paid $115 for the service. Got home to look off the balcony and see the roof had hardly been cleaned. I rang and left my email and phone number fir Dace to get back to me. Radio silence. Went back today and showed the workmen the photos. I was told I would have to wait after
the 4 trucks in front of me. After
waiting 1 hour and only one truck was washed and no manager bothered to come and see me decided I would be better to post a review warning others and wash the roof myself. I would like a full refund. Total waste of time and money.

They did a great job cleaning our motor home which included the roof.
I will go again.

Sat there for 1 and a half hrs and watched them wash there own cars, they only washed 1 truck while i was there, total waste off my time,

Quality of wash work performed overseer required as at times areas are missed and noticable later through the day.recommend a quality of work reminder meeting with staff at beginning of each shift if not already in place.a thumbs up for 24/7 service.

Half arsed truck wash company. Got unit back to the yard & neither the diesel or add blue tanks had been washed & the driver's mirror hadn't been washed properly either.

Very happy with the job they did washing my motorhome. As requested they paid extra attention to the roof cleaning off all the accumulated grime. This is the third time I have used them and will be back.

Spend $94 for a small truck and didn’t get the truck cleaned as advertised. Seems after hour and Sunday service is poor compared to during the business hours when owners are around.

Good service and in these times of water restrictions really the only way to clean my Motorhome in Auckland.

Waited an hour to get my truck washed and moved only one space forward. There were three trucks ahead and that's all I saw as I headed for the exit.

Great bunch of guys work here, set up is great for truckies. Most Fridays they have a free BBQ yay!

I would have given them a 5 star but lacks a few things eg no coffee or milk but for the price you pay to get your truck washed you would atlest expect a free coffee, also 9 times out of 10 they miss spots on your vehicle so you end up doing a bit of washing yourself, in saying that the guys are very helpful and they will wash the missed spots if you ask them too, but usually they have a line of trucks out the door and up the driveway so you don't wanna be that guy who complains and holds everyone else up.

Environmently they are great no dirty water goes down the drain.

Would be great if they had cleaning products for you to use for the interior like they do at the Hamilton branch just saying.

Dont waste your money. I wasted $180. Not proper wash. Time and money waster still not job done.

I drive a 9 axle curtain sided tipper, which is very large and these guys can wash it very quickly and they do a good job. You can grab a coffee while your waiting and there's a snack machine. I enjoy catching up with the crew that work at night

What an amazing service had a full hand wash done to my truck and have to 10/10 job great price and most of all great staff recommend to all.

Good to get most of the dirt off. But generally left with spots missed and streaks on chrome. Ok if you dont mind washing it again yourself

After hearing so many great things about Clean Co I took my caravan and ute there so they'd be good to go for the winter. To my horror they didn't hand polish my caravan, they had used what appeared to be a heavy duty plastic grinding disc on a power grinder!
I inspected after the disc that was used after I saw the damage. The ute survived but the caravan has had almost all its graphics torn or damaged, huge long white scuffs on green infill.
All the graphics will have to be redone! Totally gutted at the damage done.

Getting them to wash vehicles is fine but forget about the polishing!

Management using disabled car parks at Sunnynook Countdown with no permit displayed, I was waiting to turn into a park as I am disabled when a cleanup car drove in front of me to claim the park, Situation reported to CCS
