My mother in law booked in for a deep clean and took the day off work to accommodate.
After confirming the quote and booking date in writing via email, the booking day rolled around and one person turned up who said they were there to clean “one blind only” for $150 (which is a very high price) and was not there to perform the deep clean.
Unfortunately their English was so poor that communication was a challenge, so we called their office and were eventually told it wasn’t booked at all. The whole process was very unprofessional and she was left extremely disappointed.

My experience was in Auckland, The individuals were pleasant and punctual, maintaining their agreed-upon price, which was a positive aspect of their service. They were also courteous and easy to converse with. However, their proficiency as cleaners was notably lacking.

I found myself having to repeatedly draw their attention to various missed areas, and it seemed like they were only willing to address these issues to appease me, rather than providing a thorough cleaning. For example, the fireplace, glass surfaces, kitchen splashback, and stove were cleaned inadequately. Additionally, there were obvious signs of dirt and debris left on the floor, indicating a lack of attention to detail.

One particularly baffling incident was when I asked why they hadn't cleaned the balustrade, despite it being explicitly included in the quote and paid for. Their response was that they didn't know what a balustrade was, which struck me as unusual given they could have easily contacted their office for clarification. After I pointed out the balustrade, they began cleaning it but required multiple reminders to complete the task properly. Ultimately, it became evident that their cleaning service fell short of my expectations, and I felt like my time and money had been wasted.

I cannot recommend them for post-renovation cleaning jobs (Builders Cleaning), as their performance did not align with the quality I had hoped for.

Sumit did very satisfying job. He is very polite with nice behaviour. Although I get this job done 1st time but I am fully satisfied. God bless him always Healthy and Happy to serve Customers. Previous and after job photos are shared.

Mani was excellent when he returned my blind. The cleaning was excellent. A big complaint was the time it took for delivery back to me. Nothing happened until I rang.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can do, Booked in a van for a cut and polish, interior deep clean including shampoo of seats.

The exterior literally had a wash and a very poor attempt of a hand polish maybe?

The interior was in worse state than before the clean with a white residue everywhere, doors, windows, dash, seats etc.

They came back and did a very poor attempt of doing it again, interior still in worse condition, exteror had a hand polish but no cutting and still had half the polish left on the body.

Since attempting to resolve this they hung up on me and now wont return messages or pick up the phone.

This was not cheap and nor did I ask for a discount just wanted what we paid for carried out.

Didn’t reply to my email concerning their service. Not all stains were removed and did not communicate that some obvious ones were not removed before returning them, they just put them up and left. Hard to communicate with the drop off pick up person. Curtains also came back with a strong smell that you need to air the house out from.

Excellent team of 2 cleaners, Jass and Gurla. Superb service, excellent attention to detail. Spent a whole day cleaning a new build. I will use again in a heart beat. Thanks team.

Amazing! We had my elderly dad's living area cleaned in our house. I didn’t think we could get his bathroom sparkling again. Toilet stains removed, sink, shower all corners cleaned. The kitchenette is like new again and all mould on wooden blinds, sills and around sliding doors have disappeared. Great job as ot appears every surface is like new again, including walls' ceiling and floor. We also had the carpet shampooed in his bedroom, which has removed all stains, lifted the carpet so it looks new again. Couldn't be happier. Jas was punctual and accomodating, well worth the money and time for 4.5 hours hard work. Highly recommend and would use again.

Requested services for carpet cleaning and left carpet & stains in far worse condition as a result of their “cleaning”. I can understand stain removal not working all that well but making it worse is just ridiculous. They took extremely long between responses after the fact to try and resolve the situation which eventuated into them coming to the table with little to nothing in terms of compensation for their wrong doing
