My appointment was with Shahil, who went the extra mile to send follow up emails and make the extra call to provide further advice for my current condition. Friendly and approachable. Given the complexity of my situation, Shahil made sure to have further discussions with other podiatry specialists prior to delivering a recommendation to ensure Clear Step would provide the most suitable treatment from within their capabilities. Fantastic customer service! 10/10 would recommend!

I booked on behalf of my sister for today's appointment, she took a photo of what he did to her toes & they were dry (no moisturizer used) and jagged. Whoever treated my sister, she felt awkward around him, not impressed!

I have had very positive experience with each podiatrist who are very professional, warm and friendly. I'm always put at ease and made to feel very comfortable.
The whole experience, especially the cold laser is pleasant and pain free

They are open later than most places. Had a ingrown toe and got a nail trim, clean and treatment of the infected area. I arrived 10mins early and did not need to wait. They responded fast to emails and answered any questions I had during the treatment. Would definitely recommend this place and would go back again if need be.

The podiatrists working here provide lack of knowledge, skills and education around orthotics/footwear/fungal nails. Don’t waste your money here. Highly unrecommended. Better to go to (Fungal Nails Solutions).

It has been 3 years since I last visited and appreciated all my records being on hand still. Shahil was professional and offered me some more natural alternatives to treat my condition in the first instance which I appreciated. I will go back and wouldnt hestiate to recommend the team there.

Great experience. Went there for my big toe nail checkup. Shahil was great, happily answered my questions and suggested couple of precautions. I did the online booking which was hassle free but before that I was trying to call them but couldn't get through. However, they get back to me after couple of hours and confirmed the booking.

The staff are very friendly and helpful at most of what they do, however, I do believe the "cold laser" treatment is a scam. They combine it with applying antifungal solution and make it harder to trace what contributes to the improvement, if any. For us there was a very limited improvement initially but it went back to what it was very quickly, before the follow up visit scheduled 3 months later.
Their claim that the machines come from USA and that they are very expensive does not prove a thing (maybe quite the opposite).
They said initially that cost of the follow up visit was included in the package paid up front, but then they ended up charging for it separately anyway.
When I pointed out that the treatment was completely unsuccessful, a waste of time and money, the response was: "Oh, you know, some people use the pills prescribed by GP in conjunction with the laser treatment. "
Well, there is no question that the pills are effective, but they might cause side effects. If I was ready to got for the pills in the first place, there would not be any need for the expensive "cold laser" treatment.

I found them very professional and competent in their approach. Shahil diagnosed my problem and operated with care and as painlessly as possible. He explained what had occurred and advised me how to look after the toe when I returned home and suggested what I should do in the future. I wish I had not delayed in seeking advice.
