Made wof booking for 9am. Only to drop car off and told there's no one on site to complete wof until the afternoon. Waste of time/money taking time off work. Not recommended.

I've recently moved to Ellerslie and so glad I found Clearview Motors for my WOF! I called on Friday afternoon and my car was booked in for 9am on Saturday. Friendly and efficient, explained everything in depth, transparent with costs and timelines, clear and fast communication.

The team offered me a courtesy car so I could go home while they completed the work needed for my WOF.

Manoj at Clearview motors went above and beyond expectations and saved me from a lot of potential issues. I had recently bought a car second hand and took it to clearview for a Wof. Manoj took a look and told us truthfully about the many issues with the vehicle and how much it would cost to fix. After this, Manoj went out of his own way and used his own free time to help us find a new car that's in good condition for our budget. He even lent us a courtesy car so we could collect the new car from the other side of the city, and if this wasnt enough Manoj even stayed open a couple extra hours just to help me out.

My whole experience with Clearview motors was fantastic, their customer service was flawless and Manoj's act of kindness and generosity is something I wont forget!

Terrible customer service on the phone. I had a car booked in for specific repair work that had been flagged during service elsewhere, and asked for the job to be viewed first to understand time frame for job and severity of issue.

I was shouted at down the phone and hung up on - they simply refused to talk with me about my options. Awful customer service and with so many automotive repair shops in the area I would recommend going elsewhere immediately.

Very professional mechanics. I knew my car needed some work and they itemised the cost and explained each item before undertaking the repairs. They also have advise on how to maintain certain parts if the car between services. Very reasonable for price as well. Highly recommend.

I turned up without prior notice because my coolant was leaking and within 15 minutes the team had offered me a courtesy car and given me an estimated time it would take to fix.

Throughout the process the team kept me updated with the car’s progress and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable with the work they were doing.

Cannot recommend Manoj and his team highly enough. Very honest and reliable, fairly priced and very relationship orientated. Always willing to go the extra mile to fix any issues. Work is high quality. Manoj has done quite a bit for both of our cars. Wouldn't consider going elsewhere.

Won't recommend them at all. I brought my car in and without doing any compression test or even having a good look. Was told my car had a blown head gasket.

Great customer service from the whole team and a fantastic all round workshop. Have recently moved to the area and highly recommend after having a mechanical issue repaired and now my WOF regular too.
