I absolutely love these people they have exceptional service go above and beyond to sort your needs. Never had any issue's with the product's they sell highly recommend if you are looking for honest quality service.

Took our Dyson stick vacuum into the Clive Dick’s store today because it wasn’t working - was pulsing on and off and not sucking - and after a very quick look the salesperson/technician Ankit figured out exactly what was wrong, cleared the blockage and had it working perfectly again within minutes. And because it was so quick he waived the charge. Brilliant service. Thank you so much!

We had the pleasure of being served by Pam. She was amazingly helpful and did everything she could to help us. There were some parts missing in our first purchase and, as we were in a hurry when getting the second purchase, physically put together a replacement for us to take away. Excellent, personal and prompt service, thank you Pam!

Staff ignore the customer and was rude. Looked like he is not interested in his work or not happy at his workplace. Never going back again there.

Terrible customer service. Bad value for money. My review is the same as all the other 1 stars here. I took my vacuum in, I told them the battery doesn't work, I gave them $65. I never hear from them again, (they have bad communication) then when I call them they say they can't get a replacement battery so they are keeping the $65, they did NOTHING for that $65, in my opinion that is extremely unethical. DO NOT GET ANYTHING REPAIRED HERE. It's so much cheaper to buy a new unit with a long warrantee. They are unable to fix 90% of faults anyway. Day light robbery.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff without the used car salesmen pressure. The exact opposite of that vacuum cleaner shop that advertises often, and underperforms constantly. This was many months ago. I'm sad to report that this company has done a complete about face. I would love to mention their customer service, but, there isn't any. Shocking, shocking response, or lack of, to email and phone requests. Ignore most, promise the world to some, but then totally underperform. I can not remember worse service from any company I have ever dealt with.

They should do a course on customer service. The guy I dealt with was not interested. This shop always had great customer service in the past but must have new owners now. My recommendation is to stay away I will be going to Godfreys from now on.who were also a lot cheaper.

Our Meile vacuum cleaner packed a sad the other day and I went down to a local shop who tried to sell me new one for $1000.
So instead I went over to Clive Dick's and they gave such good advice and repaired the vacuum cleaner at a very reasonable price. Both people who served me were exceptionally helpful though direct, which I prefer. Thank you for the good service:)

Was well looked after by Amit getting a faulty telescopic tube on my Miele vacuum replaced under warranty. Thanks for promptly getting it sorted before Christmas much appreciated.

Just popped in before New Year's for a repair on a broken vacuum hose. Although the workshop was closed, both assistants sorted it out for me at no charge. Excellent service. I've been going to CD for many years now and I always receive excellent service and expert advice every time. They really know their trade and stock a wide range of products. I definitely recommend them.

My poor Electrolux was dying. Pam at the front counter was so helpful. Reg The Man was also very helpful. Got GREAT SERVICE! Listened to all my needs and concerns. There isn't many businesses give this total commitment to there customers. Thank you.

Speechless.was looking for some parts and bags for an ancient Lux.my Mate told me to Try them as he is a painter in Auckland and used to deal with this place before.called Reg (?) my bad if i got the name wrong but absolutely amazed by his knowledge about the vacuums. Helped me sort out the part that i needed over the phone and sent it to me.couldn't find anyone who knew anything about my vacuum down here in Kapiti. Cheers for the Help
