We were total newbies to renovation with no idea how it all worked. Joe and Kimberly were endlessly patient with us and worked with us to design a lighting plan for our project that gives each space functional lighting that looks cool and creates a unique vibe specific to the requirements for that area. Our physio clinic lighting is calming, warm and inviting, our gym is light and bright and our Pilates studio space is perfect. Joe also automated our lighting and power with motion sensors so that our gym can operate 24/7. The team went above and beyond for our project despite some challenging circumstances and were supportive, honest and reliable and we are blown away with the results. I'll 100% use them again. Replacement of a wall oven requiring upgraded wiring. A good job well done by Shaun who was friendly and communicative, and left things spotlessly clean.

During a recent storm we experienced some leaking in our kitchen ceiling which then moved to water dripping through our light fittings. The thought of water and electrics over a stormy weekend was not a good one. I phoned Joe at Coastal Connections at approx 4: 30 on a Friday afternoon to come and remove and disconnect the light. He was there by 6: 30 and got the job done with his always present friendly manner. This is one on many jobs I have had done in my home and I have never been disappointed with the quality of work or the service provided. 100% recommend these guys for everything electrical!

Joe and his team were awesome, we had very unstable wifi they were recommended to us. Before lockdown they were coming to quote but then lockdown made our unstable wifi critical with 2 children trying to connect to school and 2 people trying to work from home. They came out underurgency to to a temporary fix until lockdown is lifted, Tim was professional he understood the difficulties and most importantly solved our problem. I would highly recommend them. I would have paid nearly anything to get a fix but they were very reasonable for an urgent service.
