Relatively quick and certainly easy.

The place to send your Lexus/Toyota for any panel/paint job done. Insurance jobs no problem. Fast drop off and pick up. And most importantly the workmanship is perfect. Colour matched exactly to factory specifications and can't tell the difference from my new bumper to the rest of the car (mercury metallic silver). Only downside was, as requested I wasn't able to keep my old bumper due to miscommunication. Hence the 4 stars.

I am satisfed with with job and its done to the high standared but it to took us 4 weeks to get our car back after the car had accident i would say they should not over book them self i still recommend them but check first thier availability and if its less than a week take your car to them or if its longer consider another options

My MK7 Golf was involved in a side swipe which meant that the entire driver's side needed to be repainted. The boys did a stellar job with panel work, color matching and painting. I did have some minor complications afterwards with the bumper but this was due to a chemical reaction and not their workmanship. They booked the vehicle in again and sorted it out straight away with no fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to people with European cars, that is if Craig wants to deal with my pickiness! Haha

This panel beating co is the best! Their finish is always of a very high standard. Thier staff are excellent. Two family members work there. They are thoughtful, give you time and professional. Never go anywhere else.

Very professional, well organized, good service, job done perfectly. Long waiting time but once they have the car, they do the repair quickly.

This place is BUSY! And it's no surprise because they do such an amazing job. My car took a couple of days more than expected to get done but I was given a decent courtesy car to use in the meantime so it wasn't a big deal. I got my car back looking as good as new, so overall very happy with the service.

Got some panel beating/painting done here, the damage was to the drivers side rear light cluster, and both drivers side doors.
When I got my car back, the electronic adjustment switch for the drivers mirror no longer worked, the drivers door internal plastic was not re-fitted properly and some of the clips were snapped, the boot internal plastic was also not refitted properly (and I still haven't got it back to how it should be), and the fuel filler cap no longer locks when the car locks. When I went back to point out these things they said they would call me to book it back in, but I never heard from them - and to be honest I wouldn't trust them with the car again anyway.
I had also waited 6 weeks to get the car in, and then it took 2 weeks to do the panel beating etc. The loan car was the worst vehicle I've ever driven, in fact I took it back and went without (it was worth paying for ubers rather than drive that thing).

Having used twice now I can speak highly of their service and workmanship. Bit of a wait to get your vehicle in as they are so busy.

Four people behind the reception desk and took 5 min for someone to serve me. They said they only do insurance work, no private work, and they're waiting list is 6 weeks long. Pass. If I could give them zero stars I would.

It was January 2017 when I used first time Colin White services. After I received my car I noticed that they didn't fix the bumper only the side of the car so I told them that they didn't do a good job and they had to repaint again. I wasted a bit of time because of this issue. This year 2018 I scratched the front bumper, an easy job just repaint the bumper. But Luke the manager told me that he has lots of other cars to do and he doesn't want to do my car because I am too picky. So I was refused in their service because I want a good job! So please check your cars after they fix it because the job that they do is far from perfect I would say 6.5/10 and second time 8/10:)
