How about you employ someone who can speak and understand English? The girl front of counter was so aggressive and couldn’t understand English. If she can’t speak English at least have a manner and try to listen without snapping at customer! Shame!

The pancakes I ordered were overcooked (tasted like bread) and not sweet at all. The whipped cream tasted like the one you buy from Pak'n'Save (probably actually was) and the service from the white european woman with the Czech Republic flag on her shirt was terrible? She seemed to be partially deaf. I could have literally cooked up a better meal at home considering how expensive the dish was and how small the portions were. Will def not return.

Ordered chicken waffles today, was a literal schnitzel chicken pretty much on 1 waffle, expected a bit more for the price I paid, also tasted and felt very much like a toaster waffle. Was very busy but it took 30 mins for my food to come out meanwhile my friends had finished their food already so I was lagging behind. Have been before and was much better service and food, won't be coming back now.

"Misplaced" our order. No apology. Service without a smile. Food was expensive. Wouldn't go back again.

We went to Columbus for lunch on Sunday and was met with a snippy and rude cashier. A lot of tables were not available because they were not clean. The cabinet quiche was not tasty and the pastry was gummy and flavourless. Quite disappointing as they usually are onto it.

Worst customer service. Racist and Rudest Staffs. The Staffs need a thorough knowledge of the place they are working. Staffs doesn't have any idea how to serve customers. From taking the orders to serving. Last Thursday I picked up my kids from school and thought to have a good time with them. Taking them first to Sylvia park Columbus Cafe. They spoilt our day. The muffins we ordered looked dry and outdated and one of it had hair. We kept asking about our orders and staff didn't seem to care. The only good thing was my daughter's fluffy. Never ever going back. Not recommended.

Horrible service…the person should know how much hot the coffee should be… i burnt my lips and dropped the coffee cup at slyvia park. (on 22nd May 4: 45pm.)

Disappointed there is no contactless service option for those wanting to order take away.
Had to enter premises, and hence had to use vaccine pass.
Will go to other cafes that offer takeaway without pass from now on

My Mocha wasn't that good as other places.
Also it was very windy outside by the sliding doors. Cafe was quite full. I asked the customer service lady at around 5.45pm if I could use table maked as reserved and if they were expecting someone. She said I can't use this table anymore as they were cleaned!
I thought that was extremely rude.

I ordered a vege fritata, never tasted such a fritata in my life, smelled yuck and very eggy smell, would never return i used to love coming here while kids enjoy play area next door.

Went for breakfast. Music was unusual choice for that time of day so ask if it could be changed. They did but I then was abused for asking. I thought he was joking so on leaving checked and it appears he was serious. Will never return to that Columbus store.

No service really, they don't clear the tables after you have finished eating. Unfriendly staff

The food itself was very good, however, the food i ordered and the food i received was completely different. I understand mix-ups happen but i was over charged and given something that i didn’t want.

Went here last weekend. Service was friendly enough, our table was dirty and I asked them twice if they could wipe it and they didn’t so I wiped it with a napkin. They said they were short staffed but there were three girls standing around chatting, not bothering to wipe tables down. Smoothie was pretty flavourless, ordered loaded fries and there was a small handful of cheese on top, a couple of pieces of bacon and chips were pretty cold and tough. Furnishings probably need to be updated, the chairs are super worn and dirty looking. Wouldn’t be coming here again

Was Abit disappointed in my 'iced choc'. Yes I requested almond milk in replace of others.but it just looked like muddy water.

Quite loud/not a relaxing atmosphere, tight squeeze into the tables that were too close together, and a bad coffee. May have been just a one off experience.

No one cleaned our table or the dirty tables around us even tho cafe wasn’t busy and more than enough staff available

Too expensive, poor quality of food for the price. Also staff continues to miss bacon on a big breakfast. I wonder if there is a reason behind this.

We used to go to this cafe alot. Unfortunately recently the service has declined. The tables are left dirty with lots of dishes and customers have to clean them themselves. On two occasions our food and coffee was left on the counter till it was ice cold. There was a hair in the coffee and the staff didn't seem to care. We were a bit disappointed.

I used to go here regularly but when I went back recently, I didn’t like the attitude of the young lady who served me and despite a great location, with reasonably easy access, the coffee was lack-lustre and it wasn’t a great experience at all. Won’t be back.
