They ripped me off, so I hope that they rot in hell! They say that I owed them $441 in interest, when I contributed every week and never bought hardly anything on the poxy card. Very poor service indeed.

I have been trying to cancel this card for months. After a nauseating enquiry on whether I was the card holder, they then ask for ridiculous detail, such as what was the last payment made and how was it made. All the while fees keep getting charged.

Why is it so difficult to cancel the account once you have paid the amount you borowwed. I am trying to close this account for past one month with no luck.did phone call and talked with manager, multiple email no luck.people please be careful when borrowing from them. If this account is not cancelled than its difficult to get loan or affect the loan amount

Do not touch this organisation! I have been trying to close an account for months. They refuse to close it and keep sending me monthly fee accounts. Their 1.3 star rating should say it all. Keep away.

Are you actually kidding me? 41 - 61 minutes? Who has that amount of time to sit around waiting until someone picks up the phone? This is simply atrocious and reflects an operation built on profit before service. You provide no other method of inquiry and appear to have no respect for customers. I think it's well past time I left.

I just waited 1 hour and 47 minutes! The worst wait time in history. All I wanted was a new card to replace the one that is expiring. Then to make matters worse, I get told that they have to cancel my current working card to send me another card and to top it off, it can take up to 2 weeks! Really unhappy customer!

Lady hung up on me when i was trying to sort out my account because the call according to her was taking too long.

Extremely poor customer service. They cannot even be bothered calling customers to discuss anything. Impersonal emails rather than a human voice is simply not good enough.

If no stars were possible to rate Q card services I'd have oped for that.
With Q card you can look forward to shocking service, bad Indian-English service people and a total lack of help when you need a simple solution.we paid off our card but since then cannot seem to cancel the card because its really hard to get Q card to do this? After numerous calls to there incompetent staff who lack the ability to fix anything we are still trying to close this card off. Meanwhile while they charge us service fees and penalties for not paying there service card fee, all for a card we don't want. Our recommendation is run for the hills over using q card that's a far better option.

Oh great just spent 10 minutes on their site seeing where I can cancel my card - Phoned and straight through - cancelled card and reversed my 6 monthly fee - so that's good.

Long waiting time on call. I hold the phone for more than 30 minutes and every time it says my wait is 5 mintues or more. Very poor customer service standard. Hire some more staff
