Horrible experience dealing with their senior property manager. They only care for the landlord, the tenant (who pays their fees) or their concerns are totally ignored. We found it terribly hard to get her to see our view point (even during the lockdowns) and even hear us out at times. She only wanted to defend the landlord, speak on their behalf and repeatedly mentioned she works for them and their interest is her only priority. How does a tenant stand any chance of fair treatment when this is the attitude of the property manager. Very disappointing and quite frankly astonishing that there is no accountability for their behavior. Would never recommend them to anyone.
