We have used the team at Complete/AWS for our 2 commercial premises. They fitted them out with lighting and alarm system, including an app that can remotely open the roller door and cameras for security.
They were there right away for any troubleshooting during setup.
Will definitely continue to use them.

My experience is regarding the Security & Alarms branch of Complete Electric Solutions (called Auckland Wide Security). Charged over $200 to get a home alarm back-up battery replaced. Agreed to a $109 call-out fee (which includes 30 min of labour on site) and was happy to pay for the battery $60 (which actually costs $31). Less than 10 minutes taken to replace the battery and system/ sensor checks done which showed that the alarm was operating well. Then technician proceeded to do uninvited 'checks' on the panel and sensors and spent additional 30 min. I get the bill and get charged for 60 minutes total labour.

I am not commenting on their technical ability. Their communication prior to the work was good. However the unethical billling behaviour as a trade/service provider is not acceptable.
