What a great company to deal with! From the start, good communication, and for the install of my new gas water heater the guys (Paul & Apprentice) turned up on time, did a fantastic job, and at a competitive price. Highly recommended

Great team and great attitude. I installed their water evaporation cooling system. It’s fantastic. You have your doors and windows open with lovely cool air throughout the house. No dry eyes and no humidity. I can totally recommend this. I was one of the first in NZ to have this installed and it’s so effective and inexpensive to run. Do check if you have an old tile roof as that can be a problem and it did cause complications. But it’s perfect now. Thanks to Bruce and his team.

Terrible customer service. 2 weeks to turn around a quote, multiple follow ups to just get the quote. Not a great customer attitude.

We have just had a Brivis central heating unit replaced and have found the communication and service excellent from the whole team. They installed the unit ahead of schedule and found a quick solution to an electric issue so we had our heat up and running on the same day. Would certainly recommend.

Great when buying but the ongoing servicing is not too good, there are always cold rooms where it stops heating.because of the poor ongoing service it costs more than you expect to run.
