The team at Composite Joinery were excellent to deal with. They came to site and even assisted with installation in the rain! Legends. Very nice looking joinery too, well made and stylish. Millimetre perfect. Great after care.

Terrible customer service. Non responsive or slow to respond and unhelpful. I understood the below about jobs being completed, the process for a quote was never explained as requested nor was the time frame. Regadless no issue here about time frames with those, the issue no response to my email for 2 weeks resulting in me having to follow up.

If I could give a negative rating I would!
We had great sales chat with Eric, really nice guy who sold the product well. After that it was exhaustively arduous trying to get a response about anything - no-one returns phone calls once they have your money!
We are still waiting for someone to get back to us about the numerous issues we have with the joinery and we have been living in our new house since June 2021 (it is now Nov), we haven't had a phone call that hasn't been initiated by us. Seriously disappointed. The customer service is appalling.
I would recommend to people considering using this company to either a) not use CompoSHIT or b) hold back a portion of the total payment in an attempt to insure completion of the job.

Backup and product less than desired
Joinery does not appear to be sealed well and is very draughty. Have had a problem with sliding doors blowing open and being almost impossible to lock. Composite have returned numerous times to attend to doors, not always with the best attitude, and now say that as the joinery is out of warranty we must pay someone else to attend to it.
They say the house has moved and have been saying that since several weeks after installation. Some older joinery does not give this problem however. I suggest you avoid Composite and go elsewhere.

Going by my experience with this company i think its best you try elsewhere.bad communicators.when asked why -after a month with no response-they didn't contact me over the delay they said they were to busy to deal with a single order.customer service lady needs retraining.
