I booked a collection for some whitewear items to be recycled. Booking online was easy, and when the time arrived, pickup was quick and efficient.

Great value service. Good communication. Very polite and helpful staff. And got the job done!

Avoid their "community collection days". There is nothing "community" about these. Driving in and first thing you see is a table with an EFTPOS terminal, alarm bells already going off. Friendly guy now tells me its $40 to recycle my LCD television (despite being $20 on the website).

AVOID. It's a scam. This is just a business making money in the guise of being community conscious. An insidious ruse.

Great service - very responsive to my questions and quick to collect - driver called 20 minutes before arrival and was on time.

I found their service really useful and value for money. The guy came to reomve the appliaces was really helpful. I will use them anytime i need in future as long as i dont have a bitter experience (i hope i never will: D)

Didn't even need to leave the car A+ was an unexpected $5 small appliance fee for a hand mixer but I will admit I didn't look at their website long so probably my fault that I wasn't expecting it.

Great set up, great email communication, perfect way to recycle electronics very cheaply. The bin we have was not quite big enough, but they still took the 3x loose boxes at no extra charge.

Wow, great service! Prompt friendly email communication. They scheduled a convenient time to come and pick up my old electronics. If you're like me and you don't know what to responsibly do with this old stuff this was the perfect solution. I got rid of a mountain of old computer stuff for a small fee. Perfect!
