Be very aware. This company will do anything to favour themselves and their desired outcomes, including going behind your back (Melissa Popham). Being kind and courteous is not in their nature unfortunately.

I live in the urba residences. I've taken a star away for each of the: cheap fixtures, non-existent sound insulation (you'd think that would be important building next to the motorways), & shoddy and inconsistent gaps throughout.
