Very happy with our new guttering. The installer did a great job. Other contractors working here since have asked for the contact details as they were impressed. Installer worked around me as I did minor repairs to and painted the barge boards. They also coordinated install around roof painting and other trades. Great price + quality job = happy customers.

We love our new spouting, the team were great to deal with, right the way through the process, from sales to installers. Great value for money. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

They were happy to send through a quote and take my deposit but when it came to doing the job they turned up a few day's late then told me it was going to cost more than twice what they had originally said.

Classic example of sales staff making promises that are unable to be delivered

Their website creates an impression of a company with a strong customer service ethic. When the rep arrived, it became evident he hadn't read my email, didn't understand the issue and had not bought his technical person with him. Apart from not being much of a listener, the attitude quickly turned sniffy when I mentioned that I only wanted to focus on 1 side of the roofline and not the whole perimeter. This stance has since been confirmed in an email - but you won't find that policy stated on their website. Unless you are prepared to spend well into 5 figures and do the whole house, don't bother.

Management was dis-organised, frustrating didnt communicare or return calls, never use again. Only good comment is the installer did a good job.

Great up until they have your money but drag their feet when they need to fix issues arising from poor installation. My advice is not to pay the bill until everything is resolved. After sales support is really disappointing.
