As an independent uni student I can say that car trouble was not something I had to worry about with it in the hands of Andrew and his team. Andrew made the process so fast and easy, sorting my booking and keeping me in the loop. There were no nasty surprise fees that you would get at other companies and and he took the time to walk me through everything, making sure I understood. I could not rate Cooke European more highly and have recommended him to all of my friends and family. I will be using Andrew for all future car inquiries and troubles.

Wouldn't recommend for Italian cars (Alfa/Fiat). They installed my cambelt incorrectly which caused too much tension on the tensioner resulting in loud whining noise. They didn't use the required tools (cam & crank locking tool) & instead eyed balled it with a pen (fine for old cars but not Alfa MPS engines). Andrew insisted they don't need a locking tool (despite the workshop manual stating it's needed). On the 3rd time back I provided my workshop manual which mentioned the required locking tool which they then purchased, and finally (after following the workshop manual) they were able to correctly install it & whining stopped. After all of that, they didn't return my workshop manual & to this day deny having it.

Andrew and the team provided excellent service and a solid courtesy car. Really communicative with what my car needed and had everything sorted within 24 hours.
Super reliable service

Been dealing with Andrew and his team of experts for about 10 years. Can't fault them on their knowledge and the service this guys deliver. One of his technicians even visited our home after work to solve a small problem with the wife's Audi.

I brought my BMW 650i to service it. The staff is very friendly, Andrew is very professional and skilled. He explained everything in detail. The pricing is fair and lower than BMW Auckland. Plus I had the courtesy car for free. Great service, highly recommended.

Another incompetent BMW garage in Auckland. Call up Andrew about my BMW car's problem, ask him estimates cost and he told me maybe simple scan which cost $85 or maybe slightly more work around $200+, however when I bring the car to him, he did a quick scan in less than 5 min and Bill me $85 and told me he cannot find the problem, he suggested I leave the car with him for further check, I asked him how long he need and how much will be the checking cost? He told me he don't know. I don't feel good about leaving my car with him with a blank cheque and in the end don't solved the car problem but bill me with a large chunk of labour cost, kind of dodgy practice.

Andrew and the team are very good. Serviced my VW very efficiently, told me what needed fixing and their two cents. Andrew is a very knowledge person and has excellent communication skills. Loan car was requested and had a full tank of petrol. Highly recommend this workshop and I will be returning in the future.

I was absolutely impressed by the Cook European team. Communications, customer service from the phone to f2f. They even proactively offered loan car as well as drop off upon completion. You hardly get these even if you beg these days. Highly recommended.

I recently took my Mini Cooper to Cook European for a service and am really pleased I did. Andrew and the team are excellent and I found the customer service impeccable (they even gave me a loan car). I was kept informed about what work was required and how much it would cost. I don't think I will be going to any other mechanic now. Cook European are the best!

After loosing lot of money to dodgy mechanics, I was upset about car then someone recommended me cook European for my family car, guys done a great job and very reasonable price.

Came in for a transmission service last week for e90 6hp. Prices were very good relative to other shops, loan car was good (no charge aside from topping up fuel), and andrew was very easy + pleasant to deal with.
