Dave and his wife have fantasic friendly customer service and offer a very helpful, high quality printing service at an affordable price. I have friends that randomly also use their great service for their companies and continue to do so. If you want 5+ service and quality go to Copiesplus

Dave's demeanor at Copiesplus was dismissive, arrogant, and condescending, showing a lack of manners and appreciation for customers. He provided no assistance and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I have decided not to return to this copy shop in the future.

There was evident confusion regarding the files I needed printed, and Dave's suggestions were unclear to me. Upon seeking clarification, he simply stated my understanding was incorrect and made no effort to help resolve the issue.

As a result, I took my business elsewhere and found a different copy shop that was able to clarify and resolve all the confusion I had experienced at Copiesplus.

Based on my encounter with Dave's rudeness and poor service, I rate Copiesplus with 0/5 stars. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment.

I highly recommend Dave and his team at copies plus. Very knowledgeable and they always go the extra mile. We had a print emergency and they went above and beyond to ensure I had my print on time. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

For 2 pages i was told $1 which is not right
5 page should be 1$
Yet they charged $2.6 for 5 pages extra without telling

Cheap price but also Deceiving. Here is the story： Phone call in, been told 200business cards/$19, Visit shop, been told 100pieces/$20, finally printed out with a few of uncertain things, been told 104pieces/$20. I trusted with thanks. Should I? I choose to count them, 96pieces ACTUALLY. Small trading, But involved quite lot of Mathematics Plots. Owner, your business is getting bigger, as you “Plan” painstakingly.

I have printed and bound six e-books (at reasonable price). Absolutely fantastic job. Definitely will go again.

Not only is the Canon (D500 I think) a brilliant machine, Dave himself is even better: unfailingly friendly, conscientious, careful and extremely capable with sensible ideas about how to make my job just that little bit better. And his prices are worth keeping secret! I don't think I could have launched and continued my booklet project without him. Great work!

Great Service, Dave went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve an issue in a file I gave him to print and spiral bind. After some unsuccessful attempts he thought it might not be correctly set up for printing, so he spent time checking it out and fixed it in the appropriate programme. It then printed correctly and looks exactly as it should. Thanks Dave.i appreciate your effort.
