Soo Youn (Carly) Cho cannot pay her bills
instead after a judge requested an
immediate transaction of payment for
$7,000 bailiffs must be brought into the
situation. Prolonging an interaction that
could've been avoided entirely if Carly had
of done her job when meant to. After
evidence was provided in court against
Carly herself, her inability and refusal to pay
for her wrong doings has deemed her
unreliable.

Carly cho Unfortunately hasn’t paid the ‘$7000’ the court has informed her previously and recently to pay and the court did finalise and complete the suing matter between a former client and Carly cho. The situation has escalated to Carly cho refusing to pay the amount the court has put against her. She cannot make up for the responsibilities, she had given herself. Refusing to give the former client the payment is showing more of the guilt and selfishness and showing that she only cares about herself and not her clients experience, very disappointing.

I just completed a demolition of a 1950 house and I had got a options from demolition companies, what impressed me the most about Karly, she was on time for the meetings, very knowledgeable, and gave me a quote on the same day. She was most competitive, and she delivered the project on time and kept communicating with me on the project. Her Project Manager Tracey regularly gave me feedback. From my perspective, I will go back to them again for future projects and they should be on your shortlist.

Cornerstone under Karly Cho did an excellent job removing the asbestos-containing "popcorn" ceiling in my apartment in October 2019. They then plastered the concrete beams behind it and painted with a nice "ceiling white" in every room except the bathroom, which required a different paint. They were the best value for money of four companies quoting. Karly was superb: ultra-efficient and polite, unfailingly can-do, clear and prompt communicator, honoured all promises, made good without question on a couple of very minor breakages. The plastering took much longer than expected but they worked nights and weekend to fit in with my other contractors and also used a quicker air tester at their own extra expense. As long as Karly runs the projects I would definitely use them again. The whole team is very hard-working. Thank you, Cornerstone!

The shop is nicely located across the train crossing, and the yard is big with plenty of items to browse and purchase notably the doors, windows, and frames; although most sizes are available, not all sizes and styles are there.

Company ihave sub-contracted to Cornerstone Demolition Ltd before will be the last. SADLY come in as very nice people.
But very very poor communication! Misleading & unprofessional in the new concrete driveway part.earthworks terrible.
Site safety extremely dangerous and alot of false accusations.would not recommend contracting to them.no trust.stick to demolition
