Had an extremely disturbing experience with a staff member who racially abused one of my staff while he was staying at our motel, when all she was doing was trying to help him by informing him that a courier package had arrived. I raised the issue with his manager who did think it was a problem. Not once did he or his manager apologize for offending our staff member to tears. Then they go and write a bad review on our motel just because we stood up to their bullying and we do not tolerate racist comments toward our staff. Such a shame that people are being allowed to treat people this way in 2019.
