Buyer beware! Owners of Consentino pretend to be independent kitchen company! Quotes under another business name! INSIDE VISION takes people there to quote on bench tops! Bad company with bad reviews! BUYER BEWARE

Really helpful for choosing benchtops. Large format samples to see when able to be opened. Small samples available also.
Best solutions for Kitchen benchtops and splashbacks, enormous range of stones. My new house will definitely be tiled with Cosentino slabs. Thanks for your help.
TERRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCT & SERVICE - THE WORST
We purchased an incredibly expensive Dekton kitchen countertop that was supplied and installed by Consentino - 8.5K WORTH
Dekton is marketed by Consentino as basically indestructible and with a warranty of 10 years BUT DO NOT BE FOOLED - Consentino almost never accept warranty claims - in fact they didn't even consider ours.
After less than 6 months our benchtop chipped when a mug was placed on it. A MUG!
I had to send countless emails and make dozens of phone calls just to have someone come and take a look at it, only to be told that they didn't consider it a warranty issue.
The Consentino representative who came here was arrogant and unsympathetic.
Understandably, I asked her to take photos and send them in to be assessed, she said she would but after she left, I never heard back from her.
I had a much cheaper countertop - half the price in fact - installed in a different property and it has lasted beautifully for over 5 years.
I would never use this company again because I have no faith in the products or the guarantees that they offer.
I had a bad experience with them. Installed a brand new silestone for my kitchen bench top. We noticed a crack from the corner where the sink installed. They came for inspection and did the test and they couldn’t proof the reason.they didn’t replace my stone under the warranty. I had to go through my home insurance to replace.personally I don’t recommend this stone company. Their stone is very poor in quality.
Very impressed with this company! Helpful staff, awesome showroom with the products used everywhere showing the versatility of the products!
