7Purchased something from online store. No communication. Sent an email asking for tracking number. Still nothing. Called them they said they didn't have the product but was contacting their supplier about finding out when more was available. Promised they would get back to me. Now coming on 6 weeks and I have requested a refund and now I'm struggling to get them to action this. Very disappointing service
We bought a vacuum three weeks ago and finally asked for a refund after asking what happened with the delivery that never came. The only explanation from them was an "email problem".
