Your drivers are absolute Muppets, and this is not the first time I've experienced them. This tool was overtaking on double yellows and tailgating. Sort your staff out, or get them off the road.

Absolutely the worst cleaning service I have ever experienced in my years in business. Already hired when I joined the organization, I had no choice at first. Now they are increasing their charges because their profits are more important than paying a living wage to their staff, as we do in our business. Unethical.

Having franchise of this company is a very big wrong decision I ever made in my life, is really WASTE of time to much stress and LOSE my hard money.you can’t easily quite and give you no option!

I had a Crest Clean franchise in Taupo and they cancelled it without refunding me a single dollar. I’ve lost almost $58000 I’ve gone through a depression but now gathered power to seek legal action so certainly will consult lawyers and seek to get my hard earned money back Kind Regards

Never going to use this service. One of your drivers is very dangerous. Did a life threatening manoeuvre to get in front of me on the busy roads of Auckland.

It was really good when I started business with this company. The new management treat franchises like Slave and Auditors are abusive as well. I don't recommend this company anymore.

Crest have been incredibly responsive to requests over the last year, and we have a great (and consistent) team looking after our offices. They have also linked us up with other suppliers for goods we needed over the various Covid-19 alert levels, to keep our team working safely here and on external sites. We are extremely happy with the cleaning at our office, and despite having another company pitch for the business we elected to stay with Crest. Like others, I too am very surprised at the ratings and comments on here and can only assume we have their best account managers and teams working on our business.

Cannot understand how anyone could give this company a low rating for service and cleaning standards.

Met the Master Franchisee and checked out the documentation and the proposed contract. Received the quote which was higher than we had anticipated however following the poor results of the previous two cleaning companies we decided to give Crest a go. Met the cleaning team and we were impressed with their appearance, equipment and professionalism. The cleaning started in August and the results are fantastic. Far better than the previous cleaning companies. Thanks Crest.

Extremely abrupt, rude most Managers who handle this business. They all look cheerful in pics, with awards. How did they get awards, beats us all! When you contact them they seem to "careless", treat you like dirt! Terrible experience and service, we do not recommend Crest Clean at all! We agree with the rest of the feedbacks is genuine about their service also. This co.doesn't deserve 1Star, should have "negative - 5stars - negative"

At time of signing up with Crest Clean, we were given a Schedule of Task of all the things they will clean. But I saw the cleaners were only doing a fraction of the tasks. I showed cleaners the Schedule of Task and they said they were never given this list from their supervisors. From then on, it was a consistent run of disappointment. Emptying the rubbish bins and vacuuming was done, but not the dusting, cobwebs, glass cleaning, desks, sanitizing of door handles and switches.all that stuff that makes you want to buy into their service, but you're only going to get very very minimal. Three visits from the auditor didn't make any difference unfortunately.

Poor quality of service for both cleaning and customer service. Don't be fooled by the "professional" sales people and uniforms. After a series of issues and admitting the cleaning was not up to scratch over a period of time, enforced contractual notice period to make us stay for another month.

Made the payment to them send the remittance advice, however, they still doing the direct debit, trying to as refund or credit, the fiancial controller saying that they can not provide the credit note or the time when the refund will be done! It depends on when they will finish allocate their accounts!

The worse service ever, now I can see franchising companies on cleaning are not good enough, poor training, the cleaners does not look motivate, talking with one cleaners one day told me the get pay by the minimum wage by 3 years. I know now why they charge a cheap price, they want volume of contract and do the job quickly to make profitable.
