They don't rip you off they are straight up with what needs to be done they only let you know what needs doing no pressure. Farhsds brother almost killed me, neglected to put a split pin under the idler arm replacement, no steering on sh16 at kaipara, almost hit a land cruiser head on. Farhad offered a free wof. Will not return. Ever.

I've been going to crown for over 6 years and it's a good 30 minute drive from where I live, Farhad and the team are trustworthy and have given me discounts many times. On the odd occasion that I've had quote from other mechanics, crown has always given me a better price and service, I'll keep using Crown Auto Works for years to come, They've made me a loyal customer.

Best little gem hidden away, came across them many years ago, always friendly especially Farhad who goes out of his way to accomodate us. Recommend them five plus stars.

Took my car in to get a valve cover gasket replaced. Kept the car there for over a month as they said they were busy. Few months later, I find that the valve cover gasket was never replaced at all and was the same one as when I purchased the car. Not to be trusted.

Good service from the staff, they are quick and also identified problems well, also giving multiple solution options. Quite fast WOF too!
