Have recently replaced all the carpet in my home. Have received the best service from Pravin and his team. Very happy with results.

Two days ago I had new flooring laid in my kitchen and cannot speak more highly of the excellent service I received from Crown Flooring New Lynn. I took a sample of my carpet and Pravin the Store Manager picked out a vinyl that I agreed to in seconds. I am a perfectionist and that's what I've got.a perfect job. Thank you Pravin, Paul and Jayde and your team for a superb job

I booked an appointment for 10am and received a call 5 minutes before to say that the worker was about to leave the office and would be about 30-45 minutes because he did not know his way to the property. We asked why he was only leaving the office at the time that our meeting was scheduled for and he replied with “this is the first he had heard of the meeting”. Poor communication and customer service.

Would highly recommend not using this company.

Recently this month I had Crown Flooring lay kitchen flooring for which Iam basically pleased with despite black glue was left in parts over my flooring! For which I was given some spray to use that was helpful for which I was great full for. However what I was not impressed with was the verbal interaction I had with one of the office staff. It was over a misunderstanding that ended up with this lady raising her voice at me and stating that I was in a 'bad mood'. I believe that the office person was very unprofessional, rude and unforgiving and that it is not in good measure as a customer to be spoken to in this manner. I doubt that I would do business ever again because of my very upsetting experience.

Recently, I thought paying top dollar for vinyl at Crown Flooring Xtra in New Lynn, I would get a quality product, that would look great and last a long time.
Geez, was I wrong. The floor leaves an imprint from chairs and tables and when the fridge was moved a few inches on wheels, the vinyl ripped. I contacted Crown flooring twice, and both times I had two different aggressive employees, parroting off exactly the same spiel "that vinyl is NOT a hard wearing product, and they know there rights and they would win in court. "It sounded that they have had to use that speech many times before. They even had the audacity to suggest that I might have purposely gauged the floor. "We don't know what happened, we weren't there"they both said.
I asked them if they would like to know what the product was, and they weren't interested. They were not going to fix it. They even compared there vinyl to paper.saying that if you put heavy things on paper and moved it.the paper would rip. If ONLY they had told me that before I spent over $1500 on their product.
All I wanted was them to fix the rip in good faith, and maybe warn future customers on how dainty there vinyl is.however I am left to feel disappointed and RIPPED OFF!
