Fantastic! Super Efficient and friendly. The Team, John and Jasper very helpful moving very large objects up our narrow stairway with no damages. They managed to unload everything so quickly so we could get to unpacking in no time. Would definitely use Crown again!

Ofa and Leigh were professional, efficient, polite and friendly and did an excellent job packing my goods for transport. They were joined by Bevan and Alex to load stuff into trucks, who were also excellent. I rank them all very highly indeed and found the entire Crown team really helpful and very professional.

We are relocating, Max and Adam arrived spot on time and labeled and loaded everything carefully into the container. They gave good instruction as to how the packing would work and estimated well on the time.
I do think that they should have a vehicle with a tail lift, go Crown buy these hard working staff a new truck with a tail lift.

Had a great experience with Crown from the beginning to the end. Very professional, arrived on time to do the quote, explained what was going to happen clearly. On the day of moving, the gentlemen who arrived were courteous, professional and incredibly fast but very careful with my goods. Highly recommend them.

I read some great reviews about Crown and contacted them recently to enquire about our move to Australia. May have been bad luck with the customer service person who I ended up dealing with - they were rather unfriendly over the phone and never responded to my follow up email asking about an additional insurance quote.

Extremely impressed by our packing crew, Rob, Danz, John and Luis who made yesterdays job seem like a breeze.

All four of them were amazing, well presented, polite, helpful and they worked like clockwork together.

We've done an awful lot of moves and I have to say the team at Crown Auckland are the best that we've come across. The whole team is excellent: great communication, clear expectations, and they're obviously in command of all the details involved in a move literally to the other side of the world. It's a great combination of professionalism and kindness here.

We need to give a special shout-out to Nathan and Zac, who are the best unpackers that we've ever had! These guys are just fantastic: super kind, funny, warm and friendly, with a great eye for detail in doing their job. They were great with my family and they made sure we were totally happy with everything before they finished up. Nate should get a bonus for putting up a mobile Crown advert at an intersection right near the University too!

Aston and Nate were incredibly thorough, diligent and careful packing up my home. I hope the guys at the other end are just as good when it comes to unpacking. Thanks guys.

The team at Crown were awesome and handled our pack up very professionally. Megan our Move Manager was fast at communicating to make everything run smoothly. On the day, the team of Ed, Jay and Ofa had it all packed up and well organised, communicating well and managing the details in an efficient way. From start to finish a great company to work with. They are responsive and happy to answer queries, efficient with delivery of boxes (even before I asked for them). The team on the day were punctual, cheerful, friendly and respectful with a huge capacity for hard work. They had to get things upstairs (with a difficult turn) and did so without complaint and with great care. I would definitely recommend Crown.

I had an amazing experience with Crown. They are very quick, responsive, friendly. Jay, my packer from Auckland, did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough in his packing. Although I packed more than originally quoted, I was only charged a small fee per extra box. Couldn't recommend Crown enough.

In the last 6 weeks I've used Crown Relocations twice to send goods to Australia. The office service was excellent quick and efficient, the crews doing the pack up were really helpful and very efficient. Nice people, friendly, very professional and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I thought Crown must have a good work culture going.

Worst experience ever! Avoid at all costs! Crown in NZ is terrible! I booked my shipping from christchurch to US 6 months ago.and my stuff was packed and taken by them 5 months ago.however, they simply just said they have no ship available to US because the container could not be filled.in between they update me 3 times only just to say you have to pay more to get your stuff shipped because they are looking for some other company for me (which is totally ridiculous! I paid for crown service, why do i have to pay extra to change another company! The cost quoted at other company was lower to start with). They basically treat customer like idiots. I do not want to pay extra for their fault then they simply did not reply any more and my 5000 NZD and all my stuff which is worth 10k NZD still with them.they are holding my stuff as ransom? Never use this company and i will take legal action

My partner and I decided to use Crown for our relocation from Wellington to Brisbane earlier this year. The main reason we were happy to pay the slightly higher price (compared to their competitors) was due to Crown’s “superior service”, and how quickly they could have our belongings arrive in Brisbane. We were assured by the salesman that our belongings would take no longer than three months to arrive in Australia. And that was the maximum timeframe, he seemed to think that it shouldn’t take anywhere near that long.
We had our belongings packed in early December (the only positive part of the entire experience), and they didn’t arrive until late June. More than six months later.
Initially I was told that the delays were due to not having enough cargo to fill the other half of the container. In other words, Crown didn’t want to fork out to meet their own timeframe. I was then told that any further delays were due to ship shortages (our ship was cancelled and rebooked more than five times). A fair reason, but the delays began well over a year ago, and the salesman assured me that this wouldn’t be an issue during the initial consultation. And they somehow magically found a ship to take our belongings when I complained enough.
We arrived in Brisbane in late Feb, expecting our belongings to arrive at roughly the same time. We ended up having to purchase new furniture, clothing etc. Leaving us far more financially restricted than we had anticipated, and with two of everything.
All in all it was a terrible experience, Crown refused to offer any sort of refund or compensation. They were rude and dismissive. And as soon as they had their money they stopped caring.
