Horrible horrible experience never ever come to this place if you want the car fixed properly. The insurance company asked me to take my car here to get it fixed last Nov and it took CRS a long time to do a bad job. The ignition is not properly fixed and it becomes loud and windy in my car when the speed goes up to 70-80. I called them last year, no one answered the phone so I went to their office and talked to James. He said the ignition should like that and I can go back again to have the window fixed and he said it won’t take long. I called them next day, made an appointment in WITH JAMES 18/ Jan MORNING. The guy on the phone said OK. Then I went to them for the appointment today, being told by a grumpy man in a horrible horrible horrible manner that James is not in, HE KNOWS NOTHING, HE IS NOT A MAGICIAN, HE IS NOT JAMES BRAIN, HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT WHAT JAMES SAID AND HE ASKED ME TO LEAVE even though I’ve made an appointment and he can find my information in the computer (thank god he knows that). The funny thing is when I sit in my car to talk to the insurance, I SAW JAMES WALKING IN THE GARAGE.
Anyways I contacted my insurance company, went to another repairer, had my car checked. It turns out the CRS didn’t put the channel rubber in properly when they replaced my window so it’s noisy. And because it has been a while, the rubber had already bent and I need a new rubber to seal my car in a right way. Thanks for that, JAMES, THE GRUMPY MAN AND THE CRS TEAM!
Overall, I rank this place a -100000000/10 and honestly the most dodgy business I’ve ever deal with. Please don’t come, and please talk to your insurance company and ask them to find you another repairer.

This place has the rudest owner James we finally paid our excess claim of 800$ and he then says because we damaged there courtesy car he said were not getting it back he held it iligelly and now we are proceeding further and taking C. R. S panel and paint Kent Street New Market to court.
Had a really good experience with this place. I had a Damaged rear bumper / number plate all bent up. Got it back looking brand new.will be using in future if I need to. Thanks for taking care of my 350gt

Poor phone manner.
Our family has used CRS a number of times in the past and they've always been friendly and professional in those instances. Unfortunately due to the poor phone manner and attitude of a simple call this morning has meant that we will go elsewhere.
Wonderful service and they even took the time to clean my car inside and out - it hasn't looked so clean since I first bought it!
I would like to thank James and his team at CRS Panel & Paint. James was fantastic to deal with, the drop off and pick up was easy and convenient and the repair on my Suzuki Vitara was done perfectly, well priced and with a fantastic turnaround time.

Love these guys! The office lady is always charming and pleasant even when snowed under. If there’s anything not up to a customers standard they will happily sort you out at a time and location that’s convenient for the customer. Always spot their clients having a good giggle and a chat with the team. It’s just welcoming and nice! #warmfuzzies
Excellent experience and service. Very accomodating to my needs and liaison with Insurance was streamlined. Car returned like new and even cleaned the interior!

I just want to say that I am grateful for your work and would like to recommend your business to my friends as well. Great outcome and fantastic people to deal with.
Very poor service. When I dropped in my vehicle after it had been damaged in a head on collision they failed to fix or address all of the issues that were identified. When I raised an issue with the door not sealing properly as a result of the accident they were dismissive and argumentative as to why it was even an issue and it took 2 months of chasing and calls to insurance for them to respond.
4 months on and it is still unresolved.
Had a very upset experience with the business owner James today when picking up our car after repair. Despite the fact that he had not told us about the $50 courtesy car charge on top of the insurance cover, he still insisted that he had never had our insurance company paying them for their courtesy car after I showed him our insurance policy which covers upto $1000 for the rental/courtesy car. He recons $100 might be the maximum that insurance would cover and also made fun about how we might have mis-read the policy thinking our insurance would pay $1000.
Of course our insurance confirmed to us the $1000 rental car cover.
For someone who has been working in this field for as long as James has, I find both his professional knowledge into insurance cover and customer service manner need to be improved. As a business owner myself, I would have at least enquired with the insurance company before confronting my customers when there is a dispute.
The repair itself was professionally done, although I do not think we would go back to James or recommend CRS to our friends.
CRS were able to fit me in at short notice, first to inspect some rust and then to do the repair. Prices were reasonable and they liased with my mechanic so I could get my WOF sorted too.
I definitely recommend CRS Newmarket. Great service, friendly staff, when I got my car back it looked brand new! I was stoked! AND they completely cleaned the inside - thank you!
Damages repaired but can see many more scratch marks and damage made elsewhere. I personally wouldn't go there again.
I highly recommend CRS in New Market. The guys have helped me out on more than one occasion. Their service and price are unbeatable. I have found the team to be friendly, honest and reliant. Look no further they are fantastic!
Had my car repaired here last week. Just a small ding above drivers side wheel but they went above and beyond. I dealt with James who is just lovely. He made sure everything was on track with my insurance claim and had everything completed within 3 days. Quickest turnaround time I could find in Auckland. When I picked my car up it was sparkling clean and they had vacuumed the inside. I highly recommend CRS Newmarket.ask for James if you can!
