Crystal Clear Pool, Spa & Electrical

The team turned up in site on time and were efficient in resolving the problem…they explained what they were doing and what I could do going forward in terms of maintenance…awesome outcome.

Just witnessed one of the workers of this company get into a road rage incident in Rosedale this morning. He got out of his car holding up all the traffic behind him and began threatening and racially abusing the other car for ‘not indicating’. Got so out of hand bystanders had to get involved. Grow up mate. A shame as I’ve used them for spa valet in the past which is how I recognised the van. Never again though!

I have used Crystal Clear Pool a few times and their service is excellent. They are prompt, reliable, reasonably priced and most importantly, know spa pools very well! I was given different advice on fixing the spa problem from another supplier but I then contacted the team at Crystal Clear Pool who were able to resolve my issues promptly and professionally. I highly recommend these guys.

How good are these guys. Seriously impressed, fix was easy enough it was a heater. Communication was impressive and Chris a really nice guy went over and above. I through I had another fault (was user error) Chris talked me through it. Cant recommend enough.

Chris, is extremally helpful and knowledgeable, He could have sold me a pump, in he fact did, on the advice of my spa companies after sales service. But on further investigation once my pump was removed it could be repaired, Chris took the new pump back credited and just charged me for what was a very affordable repair.
Will be our go to person from now on

Good service But to make it even better be great if the secretary asks customer If they have first reset the spa (as the error number could be anything.) If he/she is unsure how to reset it ask someone who knows? Would avoid wasting technician callout.

Not sure where my review went - But my experience was a rip off. Was charged a call out fee and 1 hour (which was Not quoted on the call) to assess my spa. Spa just needed to be shocked. Would never have agreed to the extortionate bill, when there’s a Spa Retailer down the road! Bad service

Chris, Nick, Serena and crew at Crystal Clear pools have exceeded our expectations. We had issues with both our spa pool and concrete swimming pool. Everything from pool pumps, chorinator maintenance and staining on concrete pool walls the team at Crystal Clear have dealt with all of these issues quickly and competently. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. Our spa hadn't been used for several years and was pretty filthy. A Bronze Service brought it back to brand new in a couple of hours. Highly recommend Crystal, awesome!

Very happy with Nick. He phoned us to let us know when to expect him. When he arrived, he was very courteous and got straight onto the job. He is very knowledgeable and quickly determined what was wrong and went about fixing it. He was extremely helpful with my questions relating to the filtering times and cycles and he was very patient whilst he worked thru my queries. And just like that my spa was fixed. Thought I'd give these guys a try for pool products. Half the order was shipped. Rang to enquie about the rest and got a call service who didn't do what they said to get the balance shipped. Took another 3 calls and lots of waiting before the owner sorted it out. Well intentioned, but shipping processes and communication are letting them down. Got what I paid for in the end, just with more hassle than anticipated. Will give them one more chance, if I have the same experience again, will look elsewhere.
