Crystal Laundromat Otahuhu

Very well-run business with good sized machines and self-service. The lady who works full-time does a GREAT job cleaning the machines and general up-keep of the laundromat. She is very approachable, and I always see her being prompt in attending to customers. Before she worked here, I noticed the younger staff that were hired weren't doing their job well. For example, machines weren't working/were dirty, the floor never looked swept, or surfaces weren't wiped and sometimes the car park was full of rubbish- but now the place looks so good! Thank you so much to this lady for being so wonderful with what she does:)

Been using Crystal Laundromat for many years now so have had no problems so have had absolutely nothing to moan about until now.

Service hours clearly states 10am - 6pm. Not 10am - 4.30pm. So needs to be more clear on this minor issue. Come in to do washing around 4.30pm asked for service & was told their service is closed

The place is okay. The self service is easy to use and has a vending machine for laundry essential.

The dryers are so dirty though. The rubber on the dryer I was using fell off.

The washers are pretty good. When you put it on warm, it's steaming by the end.

Been such a long time since ive used there facilities. Went around 11am today, it wasnt crowded at all. Clean and tidy, staff always seem to look busy but at least they always say hi when you walk in. A good location with walking distance to Otahuhu Township.

Been coming here since it first opened:) always clean & sanitized too.

Yep they've got a laundromat where you put in clothes, powder and just go to the autopay kiosk and done, friendly service if that's your thing, prices reasonable.

The best place to do your laundry, all they need now is to become a 24hr service and have wifi and they will be the awesomness

Really not happy paid for two dryers 30mins each total of $11.60 and told them to hold my washing when I got back. My towels not dried only had two small baskets could they not of ph and said your stuff is not dry we will dry for longer at extra charge? ! No customer service. Will definitely not be back again.

Well presented, organised and clean laundromat. Nice and big with plenty of washing machines and dryers. Plenty of free parking. Drop of service available. Very reasonably priced.

Clean laundromat and lots of washing machines n driers. The staff are helpful n keep their machines well maintained. I live in Otara and I wld travel to the next suburb to use the laindromat. They also dont charge if you pick up yr laundry the next day. Great service.

From my point of view, it is a bit expensive. From my flat, we all gather our clothes and do our laundry in bulk. So it is fine. But One of my house mates lost his jeans when he picked it up later beginning of July. So can't trust them to handle all the stuff all the time but staff service is really good.

Machines are awesome, pricing is alright customer service sucks big time- in person and on the phone.
