Couldn't recommend enough. I had a really small window to get my car repaired and all other garages in the area couldn't fit me in but Merve and the team took my car, repaired it and got it back to me within a week. Fantastic job as well, thank you again!

Crystal Panelbeaters are just so good. My car was broken into twice in quick succession and after the first time I had to choose them again. Fantastic service and also they were really kind and understanding of my situation. A bit of empathy goes a long way. Next time my car gets smashed up (no doubt very soon lol) I will definitely be going back to Crystal Panelbeaters. Luke sorted my car out with a new battery as well. Great communication and great work.

My car was vandalised with a stripe of spray paint down the side. I was trying to figure out what to do to clean it up, I was across the road from Chrystal getting a coffee (good coffee at Mug n Bowl BTW), so I popped in to ask the people at Chrystal for some advice.
They were so, very helpful. They went above and beyond what I had expected, cleaned the paint off my car and did not charge me.
I am very happy with the job done and the manner it was done. They saved me time and worry.

These guys are as many stars as I can possibly give them out of 5. Not only did they do a top notch job fixing my car, they went above and beyond in lots of other ways at what was a difficult time for me. I was 37 wks pregnant, and had pranged my car when I came to them. They got my car in fast for repairs, lent me a temporary car in the meantime, kept me up to date with what was happening, and noticed details like something else that had gone wrong with the car, caused by something beyond the accident. I felt they were really honest in their dealings with me - so important when you aren't an expert in the field and need to trust your repairers. In my engagements with them I feel they gave me the very best price they could, without a compromise on safety and quality. They even helped me sort a warrant, which was not something they do themselves but had another mechanic they collaborate with externally and made it happen. Thank you so much to this team. I will definitely recommend this business to people I know, and be back in a flash if I need this type of work done again.

This is the 2nd time I have used Crystal Panelbeaters and both times they have been very professional, organised and extremely good to deal with. Hassle free and easy. We dropped the car off and they offered us a courtesy car which was not needed.they said a couple of weeks and finished the work before time.the car looks fantastic and they also cleaned the interiors. Absolutely amazing paint work! This business was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very organised, courtesy car, and absolutely amazing paint work on my car. I now have the best-looking bumper bar in town which perfectly matched with my car. I came to them because of the good reviews, and I would now recommend them to my friend's. I'm pretty sure they even vacuumed my car!

When I go first time reception says I have to book a time. But my insurance didn’t say I should book a time. They told me crystal panelbeaters it’s processing car very fast. That’s why I choose. And second time I come you guys say no loan car but I already book a loan car. Still tell me to wait. I know it’s during in lockdown it’s can’t pick a car. Due to the email that stated “I can pick my car at level 3 first day” “my car it’s all painted” however this morning I called still tell me to wait……. It’s take a month to fixing a car? (Not included lockdown time) my car only need paint. Very disappointed. I won’t choose this business next time. This my first time give a recommend.

Awful service. RUDE STAFF. Does not like to listen to your side of story. The owner is the GRUMPIEST PERSON I HAD EVER SEEN. Never ever should anyone go to a place like this. Now you know where not to go=Crystal panel beaters

I highly recommend Crystal Panel Beaters for the great job done on my car. They didn't only fix the issue, they even extended it to some minor issues on my car. What even more surprising is I got my car back like new, smelling nice and clean inside out. Kudos to Sonny who worked on my car

These guys are awesome. I have had had to bring my car here 3 times for repairs and they are really friendly and the workmanship is great. I hope I dont need to use them again but if I do I will be back.

These guys were great! Followed through with what they said were fast and efficient.

I'm still in dispute with the insurance company over a registration refund however this is independent of the Panelbeaters.

Took more time than what I had expected. But, I am happy with the work they have done.

Would recommend to ask the company the approximate time to get the job done before handing over the job.

My experience was disappointed by far. I crashed my front bumper and all lights were damaged. I was recommended by my husband so I drove my car to their shop for repair on 11th July and they told me they were full booked until early August. I had to leave my car for them to order parts for repairs. They told me no courtesy cars are available until my car is fixing by early August. I was waiting patiently after a month, i asked my husband to call them and asked what is going on with my car? And I overheard they said "telling her to be patient and get used to it, because there are so many mothers who crash their cars like me that why their courtesy cars are not available and my car is not repaired yet". I was so distress coz I have spent lots of money on Ubers between work and school run! I continued to wait and wait again until today my car is just finished and ready to go home. Although they did a good job and renew my warrant of fitness but it took 7 weeks to finish the front bumper, replaced all lights and number plate! They are fail of their unreliable service, disrespectful on women's drivers, specifically a mother like me. No ones want to crash their cars but things happen and they have to deal with it. I hope they can read this comment and do respect women's drivers and I dont want this happend to any other mother's out there who do their services with this company.

The best Panelbeaters at Auckland, staff are very friendly, straightforward, honest and professional to deal with. Highly recommend them.
