Worst tradie experience ever, they don't communicate, they get the measurements and requirements wrong. This whole process still hasn't been resolved after 6 months for a corner meeting cavity doors. My builder doesn't want to work with them and have told other tradies to avoid.

What a shocking experience with this company. It’s been going on a year and I still don’t have what I ordered. The rep who originally visited in the first place had no idea and supplied the wrong product, nothing we discussed or ordered. Then they tried to fix the problem to no avail, lack of communication, we have been ignored by the manager and had to chase for replies and answers. The door still rolls open and doesn’t do what we asked for. Have been told they have done all they can for us. Wow.
