CurtainStudio - Takanini

Very dissapointed in the service from Curtain Studio in Takanini, paid so much for 2 x curtains and 1 x month after installation the hem came out and started fraying, after another month and numerous calls, the curtain was collected for repair, started following up 2 weeks later and now my curtains went missing! It's been over a month and still no correspondence.

I want to review this place because Jamie was just the best. She took time to advice us on the curtains and blinds for our house. Gave us great advice and helpful tips to determine the right choices for what we were envisioning. She really went that extra mile, appreciate her for her time and effort. Thanks so much!

This place is the best! Sue explained exactly what I needed to do to replace curtain liners and she gave me the right advice and the right product. The liners are perfect and even my wife is pleased!

The Takanini branch - you guys did a wonderful job on our home. The customer service (Marianne + team), measuairng it all up and the installation was easy, timely and the blinds and curtain look AMAZING! We are so happy with the finish product it looks awesome against the wall and carpet. You all were very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and the best part - keen to share your recommendations because we are rookies when it comes to curtains. Thanks again, can’t recommend you guys enough!

Could not speak more highly of Nicolle at this branch. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful as we were choosing our curtains to be custom made. Had them installed by Kenton, who was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Could not recommend both of them more highly and wouldn't hesitate using them again! (curtains were made and installed end of 2021)

Had a quote done. Lady didn't listen to our instructions on what we wanted, the quote was nothing like we expected.
On top of that, she went in the bathroom (where our cats were locked in) even though she had strict instructions not to.

Totally unimpressed with the very unprofessional behaviour.

My self and my partner found one of your sales reps to be non-proactive, abrupt, and lacking in communication. The customer service from this individual was and still is appalling and even now with harassment type behavior. We have now waited since the13th of May for a quote with no communication, in fact when we asked about the length of time it would take for the quote, we got a rather acrimonious response of" I don't know I need to work it out" It's been nearly two weeks now and we are only waiting for a quote that involves three rooms. Once we investigated this by contacting the sales rep we got a list of excuses with no apology.

Lovely service by a lady who knows her job (polite, helpful, cheerful without rushing) nice to let her know that I appreciate this too.
Good to see Carpet World sharing the shop space too. I acknowledge another cheerful and helpful person there also. Best wishes for the combo idea

Do not use these guys if you are planning to install yourself. We have a bunch of curtains, rails, clips, with no numbering or instructions to figure it out, total waste off time

Took them almost 2 months to install curtains at our place properly. First time they brought the wrong size and second time the wrong colour. Very slow at processing orders and average customer service.

I walked in with my husband and daughter. There were 3 women at the counter none of them acknowledged us AT ALL. We walked around the store for at least 20min not so much as a Hello. There were no other customers. Needless to say we went elsewhere.

Really thrilled with my blinds. Staff on pick up were great, the young lady assistant even carried them 2 my car. Highly recommended from me

Very helpful staff, the lady we saw went the extra mile even lent me a tape measure to shoot home and check my measurements, good job to as I got it wrong,
