CurtainStudio - Henderson

Went to this store earlier this week and had the worst customer experience. There is no such thing as customer service for this shop. We were inquiring about the recently posted ‘sale’ on sheer curtains and the store manager (Dipak) had no idea what the specials are, what is and what isn’t included. We asked for stock availability so he went to look at the front counter but rather than continue to search for our query, he proceeded in serving another customer and ignored us completely.

We decided to ask another person in the store (Aneeta) whether we can get samples. We wanted to leave as we are running out of time for our next appointment. While looking through the samples, she asked how will we to know what the prices are (which was an odd question). Naturally we suggested that she would tell us and write it down for us. To which she responded “I’m not going to do that for you! ”

That really baffled us. Do they want to sell curtains?

Whoever hired these two but be brainless himself.

Fabulous service competitive pricing and careful installation. Very happy, have used Curtain studio for many years and never been disappointed.
Would recommend to any discerning home owner who wants a special job on their window treatment.

Really terrible service! I had a consultant come to measure for custom made curtains, only for her to tell me I would get the same look with ready mades.

I did that, and they look horrible. I had been in contact with the store so many times to sort my curtains. After being fobbed off so many times, they finally came around and they just moved pleats around. A year later, they still aren't sitting well, don't close properly and I'm really annoyed because they cost quite a lot!

I had some ready mades from curtain studio and needed a very basic alteration (just shortening them.) If I had my own sewing machine I could have just done it it myself but I don't and I'm also time poor so I paid the extortionate price of $55 to cut and sew some curtains. I was assured they would be 5 to 8 working days. These were dropped off on the 16th of July and have not been returned. After calling and calling I was told they have a due date of the 17th of August which I absolutely did not agree to, had I known they were going to take a MONTH I would have gone elsewhere. I don't need to be living with a sheet over my bedroom window in the middle of winter for a month it's absolutely ludicrous. Likely have lost my business for future needs as I build my home. I gave two stars because *some of the staff have been lovely and kind and it's not thier fault. But someone has to take ownership.

Purchased curtains which were wrong size, unopened packs returned next day, no refund given, only store credit of lasting 6 months.

Cannot speak for the other reviews but the staff have always been lovely to me in this store. Along with the lovely customer service they have the knowledge as well.

The workers are not nice, One worker talks about another employees weight and tries to tell the employee what to drink and eat. The new manager is really bossy, only tells one employee what to do growls for no reason at the worker and the other employees do nothing. The employee only started working there 2 weeks ago and they expected her to know everything straight away. The old store manager belittled the employee. The new manager told the new employee thats only been working there 2 weeks yesterday that she can't ask for help.

I would like to personally thank megan for the excellent service that we had with getting our new curtains and the time and effort was greatly appreciated.we had friendly and helpful quotes and checking the platlettes and everything was what we wanted. The accurate measurements and the quick turnaround was a bonus as well.

Very good range of curtains and materials here, also they have all the bits and pieces for doing up your own sewing, if not you can get ready made ones. I bought 2 sets and they were good and price is not that expensive as they are on sale

Wanted help with buying some curtain tracks. Woman was super unhelpful - went in twice with photos of the brackets I wanted, and pointing to the packaged tracks I wanted, but told that she can't help me. Unbelievable.

Store Experience of Curtain Studio at 111 Lincoln Road, Henderson – Terrible – Staff Working there are Not Interested in Helping the Customer and I have told the same to Julie Edley (Design Consultant) who came to our house to do the Measure and Quote,
However Julie Edley (Design Consultant) is a Fantastic Person and we are going ahead with the Quote for Curtains Replacement for the Full House including the Tracks.
Something really needs to be done as far as the Service in their Store at 111 Lincoln Road, Henderson is Concern.

Julie Edley (Sales Consultant) at Curtain Studio, Henderson has done a Fantastic Job on the Measurements of our Curtains and Brackets for the Full House. Everything was Spot On.
Paul (Fitting Person) at Curtain Studio, Henderson, who Fitted the Curtains for us has done a Fantastic Job, too, so far.
Paul will be coming back on Monday, 12th July to Complete the Job.
We are Extremely Pleased with the Results.

Brought 4 sets of pencil pleat lined curtains, 3 roller blinds and 1 Roman blinds. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. When I returned the other roller blind where it did not fit our laundry window an apology email was sent to me and they sent someone to install the blinds for free. My husband and I are pleased with their service and the quality of their curtains A+. Definitely going back for our room curtains!

DO NOT, AND I REPEAT - DO NOT BOOK WITH CURTAIN STUDIO! ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!

We waited for over 2 MONTHS for our order to be fulfilled. The entire process was a joke, from start to end we had issues, delays, zero communication or solutions offered to us. Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with, with even worse customer service. Every issue we encountered was simply blamed on suppliers, no acknowledgment of fault nor willingness to rectify the NUMEROUS problems. We were sold on a false pretence of a speedy service, which has turned into months of stress and frustration. With no communications throughout this experience to help to resolve the ongoing delays and issues, the only time I heard back was after following up on multiple occasions and having to escalate to a manager who was equally as unhelpful. Truly the most disappointing, infuriating experience.

The sales consultant sold us on our order being processed and installed within 12 days. We had just moved into a new build house, so had NO furnishings. Since our order was placed, we had CONTINUOUS issues from start to end, that are STILL ongoing MONTHS later. There were VARIOUS delays in fabric and products, which had been sold to us but now became somehow unavailable? ! This pushed out install dates multiple times. Each time we encountered an issue, I had to contact Curtain studio's customer services team MULTIPLE times with follow up emails and calls before they would get back to me.

When they FINALLY managed to commit to a (delayed) install date, which we were promised that everything from our order would be installed - the installer arrived at our house with 1x curtain! No communications prior to this had been made, the installer had no idea about the order and this cost us a weekend away as we had plans to head away for the long weekend but instead had to wait until the afternoon for the installer to come BACK to fulfil only a portion of our order!

The remainder of the order got pushed out another 2x times before it finally got installed **with the final curtain measurements being off. I raised the multitude of issues that occurred with their head of customer services and stated I wanted a significant discount off my order (which came to around $7,000 let me add), they offered me a measly couple of hundred bucks off my order.

There was zero accountability, zero desire to rectify the issues or offer solutions, ZERO communication between their internal teams AND between me as a customer. The amount of times I've had to chase these people to get anyone to respond to me is outrageous.

I will NEVER EVER deal with this company ever again, and would advise anyone considering booking with them to stay WELL AWAY! Worst, worst, worst waste of over 2 months of my life. AND the quality of products is AVERAGE. I could've gone to Spotlight and got the same quality of products myself than what was installed.

Truly cannot articulate how much I would warn anyone to avoid using this company.

Used to love this store, but the last couple times I've been in the service has been not very good. Person on front counter was more interested in filling her mouth with what looked like potato chips then proceed to speak with her mouth full. I will not be going back

Always had great service at all Curtain Studios but in particular the Henderson branch the ladies are knowledgable and helpful, and don't push custom-made on you like many other providers. Cheers

Awesome store with friendly staff who are amazingly helpful. Got me all sorted with new blinds and nets for the house. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff. Picked up a blind at a fantastic price and it was really good quality. Found a set of curtains for the room we were shopping for, unfortunately they didn't have all the sizes we wanted but offered to courier them to us. Would have got 5 stars but the package arrived on the Monday not on the Friday as we were told.

Was in the store today, the staff and manager are simply brilliant, the range of products and quality available - unbeatable. For absolute quality and a stunning range of fabric - you can’t beat this company.

Definitely recommend.
