I received an email from a debt collection company, which was entirely unexpected and unacceptable. I am very disappointed by this and also by their poor communication.

I must express my disagreement with a couple of points in your explanation. Firstly, there was no delivery of materials to my home. Additionally, I did not receive any calls or emails from your company between my last email on November 8,2022, and the recent collection email on August 22,2023. If you have any records of communication during this period, could you please forward them for my reference?

We noticed our hot water cylinder (25 years old) leaking on a Sunday. Cylinder Direct responded to our call ion a week-end. Their plumber came immediately, closed the pipe and drained all the water from the cylinder to stop the floor getting damaged.
They also sent the quote for new cylinder on Monday, and as soon as we accepted the quote, sent the replacement cylinder and got everything sorted on the same day! They were so quick to respond to all our queries.
Excellent service! Very competitive price. Highly recommend them.

Great service from the team at Cylinder Direct. My cylinder needed an element repair and they managed to get someone over on the day I called to get it sorted

Very quick response (they replied my email on the weekend, the only company that replied me so promptly), the price for Changing the cylinder was considerably better than most of the places I enquired, the job was done hassle free and tidy, thanks for the great service.

This company scams people. On their website they mention free quotes, they then tell you on the phone that it’s a free quote. Once they come out they tell you lies about your heat pump and try and convince you to get a new one through your endurance. When you decide not to replace your heat pump they charge you for a call out fee. When you dispute it they hand you over to a debt collector. Be very careful before using them.

We recently replaced a 30 year old cylinder using Cylinder Direct. Their efficiency and professionalism is incredible. We received a competitive quote and they replaced the cylinder a few days later, though it could have been the next day, if we'd wanted. The installer, Ryan, was also very professional and knowledgeable, and he did a great job for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I replaced my Rheem hot water cylinder last week. I went through my local options of installers/plumbers and had no replies or weeks of waiting for a tradesman. I Emailed Cylinder direct @10am for a quote and by 1130am the next day the job was finished, performed by a tradesman and gentleman. We replaced our 20-year hot water cylinder through Cylinder Direct in Jul-2023. The team at Cylinder Direct exceeded our expectations, and our experience doing this through Cylinder Direct was exceptional. Everything went like clock-work, the whole process was smooth, and it was a great pleasure to experience such a level of professionalism, and really, really great customer service! Everyone on the team we spoke to took the time to thoroughly explain every single detail of the replacement process, carefully addressing all of our questions and concerns. Especially the what-if questions regarding different options, corresponding costs and all the layman questions we trundled out until we were able to make informed decisions of the best cost-benefit option for us were all patiently explained and answered. The installation was done in a very professional and seamless manner, and even defects in the existing pipework were found and rectified. We were particularly impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and efficiency throughout the entire process. Even a potentially time-intensive glitch found and advised at 5: 00 pm on a Friday was resolved and fixed within five minutes! Wow!

Super fast install and came back to fix minor issue next day. 100% worth the money to upgrade to mains

Had an urgent repair to my hot water cylinder at my rental on weekend. The plumber sorted it out including getting a sparky. They were prompt, keep you informed, fast and professional to deal with. I will be dealing with them in future.
