Arrived at 4.43pm on Saturday to view furniture only to find the staff had closed early!
Advertised hours 5pm closed.
Really dissapointing.

About a year or two ago, we were trying a few sofas and a middle aged male chinese worker came up to us and said "you guys shouldn't be shopping here, go somewhere else" in a really condescending manner and walked off. Maybe we (couple in our 30s) looked quite young and not too well off enough for your brand in his eyes. Honestly felt worse than racism. Please do something about the way your staff deals and treats your customers/potential customers.

Whenever I think of your brand, it disgusts me because of that staff member. Its been a while but whenever I come across you guys it reminded me so I had to post this.

I have bought my sofa from DM Botany store and surprise to see such big store doesn't offer loading service to the car.i can understand that staff are not allowed to do lifting of heavy furniture but i think there should be dedicated staff within the store who can help the customers to load it in the car instead of forcing them to buy delivery option for $65. Bunnings mitre10 harvey if we buy heavy item they do load it with us in the car.in terms of customer service in this aspect i didn't like it.other than that all good

It has been extremely poor experience. Richard offered terrible customer service, was awfully rude and unprofessional, and pulled down his face mask while talking. Would never shop here agin and will tell friends not to go there.

This furniture shop has a great range of quality furniture for every room in one's home plus some for outdoors. They can be somewhat expensive but their quality I believe does match these prices. The timber used is top class mostly imported but local as well especially Rimu. The mechanisms on all their furniture is also great quality and generally has very good warranties plus they do have good back up service for any repair requirements when the items get older.

The staff at the Botany store provide exceptional customer service. They make sure you are looked after & go above & beyond to understand what you are looking for to help you pick what you want.

Went in to browse around the store but ended up buying the beautifully designed coffee table. Suits perfect in my living room.

Any imported furniture lead time has gone upto April next year that too not sure.

I brought a bedroom suite from Botany branch today, dealt with Richard Wu, he was very friendly and helpful couldn't have asked for more. While trying to negotiate a price (as you do), Richard had to ask his manager Jamie Lee, wow! Overheard the conversation and very dissapointed in how Jamie Lee spoke to her staff member, I think at all times and especially at the moment we need to be kind and respectful of each other! Well done Richard you are very professional. Love the Bedroom Suite.

Furniture in this shop is very good of a high standard some nice pieces to fit any style of home living

What a pleasure it was to get such good customer service here yesterday. Joe Leong took time to show me all the coffee table options available that meet the brief I gave him. When I couldnt decide which one would look best in my space he organied for me to take 2 home on appro. Him and his team carefully loaded them the into my car. All that for a sale under $300. I would highly recommend shopping here for service and price range options.
