Davey Water Products

Very unfortunate that my septic system was using davey pumps. Previous two have already fauled. The last one only lasted just over two years. Stay away from this rubbish

Terrible experience. Will never buy Davey product again. Spa unit stopped working, they told me I will have to buy a new one and will take about a month for the unit to be available. It has been 6 months, still no spa unit. Have to email them every month to ask them for an update, just for them to tell me "still on backorder".

Don't rely on Davey. We have 2 rain water harvest fail after 2 yrs of use. By the end of the day instead of savings water it's far cheaper to use the tap. I have contact a few plumbers and they suggest not to use Davey. They blame the installation but it's one of their guys who installed it. Just want to blame someone. If u are looking to buy Davey Google it and you will find more complaints

The customer service team were outstanding. They went out of their way to assist me with my enquiry and provided me with detailed information so I could make the best decision.

Hopeless, have called everyday for 2 weeks trying to source a Davey's product. If only their were another company that had the rights to what im after! Promised to be called back time after time, always told the computers are 'down'. I will strive to use them as little as possible moving forward.
