Never been to a place with such bad customer service.

I have purchased a lot of different materials with ITM.

THIS IS THE LAST TIME I AM GOING HERE.

The lads in the office are great.

But as soon as you go outside, the staff will quite literally ignore you, go do other things, leave you standing, in their yard, making eye contact, simply ignoring you.

I got served after I went into the office and complained.

Awesome friendly service, arrived right on closing but the team all went out of there way to help us.

I love these guys. Old school kiwi business.
I've got accounts at all the major suppliers but here everyone knows you by name.
If you have an issue they sort it.
Support the little guys not the multi nationals

Poorly labelled timber with no details of treatment or price. After 10 minutes of being ignored even though there were no other customers I went to Bunnings. Hopeless.
