Update: June 2022 still no settlement.

We signed a Sale and Purchase for Maison D’Ormiston in February 2020 and as of April 2022 the project is not completed with no CCC or Title issued. These are the disappointing facts of purchasing a new build terraced home with DDL Homes.

The most dishonest company we have ever had to deal with! The after sales service is appalling. Nobody picks up any phones and when they do they fob you off to other contractors that don't want anything to do with DDL Homes. We would never recommend this building company to anyone. Dodgy workmanship also as they don't pay their bills too their contractors. Buyer beware!

Very disappointing that provide service and didn't get payment. Not recommended for business. What a drama for all the excuses.

We've just signed a contract for a house at Mission Heights and are so impressed by not only the quality of the build but also the service provided!
We met Sales Consultant Kevin at the display home and right from the beginning he put us at ease, answering our many questions very patiently and knowledgeably. As First Home buyers, we were unaware of the many facets of choosing a right home. Kevin expertly guided us through this process, providing us with great insight for choosing an appropriate location and house plan. Even though he was understandably busy, he always made time to respond to all our phone calls and emails, promptly and efficiently. He listened to our questions, understood our needs and never ever rushed us. A thorough professional that Kevin is, he came across as someone whose advice we could trust.
The whole process has been very easy and stress-free and we are so excited about our new home.

I am unhappy about the house in bought it 6 months ago. It has a lot problem. But nobody fix it.

OH MY GOD, what a service i have received from ddl homes, would definitely recommend to purchase from these guys, they have such a good professional service and easy to deal with staff. Genuinely pleased.
