You will not find a more dedicated, hard working, committed and yet vivacious person to make the house selling process enjoyable and profitable.

Debs' open and honest style, coupled with her extensive knowledge of the market allows her to identify the true buyers from the window shoppers and concentrate on gaining you the best outcome that can be achieved.
We have our real estate agent sorted, for as long as Debs is in the business, she'll have our business, and I don't know a reason why anyone would appoint anyone else to handle such an important task as selling your home.

Absolute, the worst ever real estate transaction we have been a party to as a buyer of a 2.6m + property. She was the listing agent and from day one everything was a complete drama. Fob'd everything off as being the vendor being hard work. We since met the vendor and they seem very nice people. Deb Wallace couldn't even be bothered to pitch up settlement day to assist with key hand over etc.does not deserve the absolute rip of her commission or even having the listing.failed to follow through on emails from us asking vendors about various topics, yet we chased her 4 times for answers and nothing on moving items early. All we got in response was oh. I've asked.

In my opinion I would walk from any listing that Debs Wallace has anything to do with. I'm sure you won't have a good experience, she appears commission hungry and nothing else matters.
