I am really happy with the service and the staff. My son has been going here for 3 years for his teeth braces. No issues, they are always helpful and answer any questions we might have. Staff at reception are friendly and have a smile on their face when they great us. We get text msg reminder for the appointments, which is really helpful. I would defiantly recommend this Dentalcare Centre.

When the family needs dental examinations, the team at Dental Care West is always there to make sure we are well looked after. With young kids, it’s always reassuring to know the team is skilled in making sure their experience is comfortable. Amazing have been coming hear since 2020, have had braces (due to an accident) root canal, top wisdoms out and now my bottom wisdoms out Dr James is the best and does everything thing very efficiently, I always request him to put myself at ease Mary is a great dental assistant also!

I myself am not the biggest fan of a dentist. I only trust one dentist and that’s dental care west. Good reason for that. I needed to go get my molar extracted today. Effie greeted me at the start of the appointment and was very switched on to everything. Effie and Alex unbelievable through the extraction! They were very gentle and understanding and actually listened everytime I stated I was feeling a little pain. They walked me through the process before it begun, and explained what he was doing throughout the entire extraction so at no time was I lost on what they were doing. Superb from the two. Which justifies my reasoning in why this is the only place I go to!

A great experience throughout our journey with two children who got braces. The team here are amazing, the level of care, professionalism, attention to detail and end result for my two was just fantastic. I always enjoyed bringing them in for their appointments. Highly recommend

Got braces on years ago and still have glue on my teeth! Wasted so many times getting my teeth whitened just for it not to whiten most my teeth, now they charge $80 to get the glue removed when they should do it for free for not doing it right the first time

First time appointment for a teeth clean with my hygienist Jessica. What a lovely experience, I had never had a cleaning before and with no judgement I was well taken care of! Very knowledgeable, affordable and personalised care. Already booked in for my next appointment. Thank you dentalcare west team!

A big shout out to the entire team at dental care west. These guys are true professionals. They are very caring, very friendly and above all experts at what they do. I just had my wisdom tooth taken out and my root canal that failed (not done there) removed.
Thank you to the whole team they made me feel welcome and comfortable.
I am terrified of the dentist but Alex and the team made me feel calm and were very friendly.

Dentist was lovely and was frank about I what needed done and why. Booked a follow up appointment to get some work done.

I saw Dr Zeb Laqekoro to have a crown put on a previously damaged tooth. I was initially nervous about having this procedure done, however Dr Zeb's ability to calmly and clearly explain everything put my mind at ease - he even checked up on how I was going a few days after the procedure had been completed.

Dr Zeb is the most professional and personable dentist I have ever come across and I cannot recommend him high enough!

Dr Alex and his assistant Lauren were great, made an uncomfortable procedure quite bearable with their very thorough and caring service.

I would highly recommend DentalCare West. James has done an exceptional job on myself and children. Thank you very much for our lovely smiles.

I have come across in my time. He makes you feel comfortable and secure while under his care. The team that support him are equally wonderful and make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Have had wonderful experiences with Jess the hygienist. She is so caring and makes me feel very comfortable. She also explains everything and gives lots of information that I found very helpful.

I received my Invisalign treatment through Dr Zeb and was beyond satisfied. He clearly explained the process and what to expect over my 6 months of treatment. My regular check ups were painless and easy. My teeth now look amazing, and I’m smiling with my teeth for the first time in my life, feeling much more confident.
