Destination Waiheke Island

Destinations Waiheke helped me host a huge event of 120 clients at Mudbrick. Such a big event to plan with so many moving parts. They helped us get this across the line so seamlessly and it was an amazing day out with no hiccups. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

We chose Destination Waiheke for our office Christmas Party organisers. Karen and the team were the most professional and organised hosts, we had a wonderful stress free day in their capable hands! They absolutely looked after us!

Great end of year work/team event. It was a really good Christmas break-up activity that all ages can participate in and Destination Waiheke looked after everyone right from the pickup from the Ferry. Pleasant, helpful staff and the food and service at the Batch was amazing! Would highly recommend the ziplining and all of us here at NZDA had fun!

Absolutely amazing day. Everyone had a great experience ziplining and the Great Island Escape was a lot of fun seeing the island and doing funny and exciting challenges. Karen at Destination Waiheke was an absolute dream to deal with. We had the task of flying a team of almost 60 from across AU and NZ to enjoy a beautiful overnight Xmas work do. Even with the barriers and challenges of covid, Karen pulled off an incredible experience for our team. In fact it's been named the best Xmas work Do to date!

Had a wonderful Christmas Party on Waiheke Island. Everything was well organised for us from ferry tickets, shuttle, lunch and some fun activities. Rob and his team do a great job and are lovely people. The team mentioned it was probably one of our best events yet. Thank you.

Karen was amazing to work with and made everything easy and stress-free. She organised everything for our Waiheke event: ferry tickets, transfers, activities and dinner. Having one point of contact for everything we wanted to do was great. We had to delay the event a few times due to covid, and Karen re-organised everything for us. Thank you Karen for organizing a great day out on Waiheke for my friend's stag do back in November last year. Throughout the organization process, Karen was very contactable and extremely helpful in working out a great plan for the day. We had age ranges from early 20s to late 50s but the way the event was organized meant everyone had a really great time and we got to see a good amount of Waiheke Island at the same time. It was great value and because Karen sorts everything you don't have to worry about all the little details and can just enjoy the day. I highly recommend an experience like this. Thanks again Karen.

The team organised a wonderful day of zip-lining and lunch at Stoneyridge. Everything was all organised, on time, down to collection bus, timetable etc. The zip lining at EcoZip was great and the food at Stoneyridge was wonderful

Karen and the team provided us with a wonderful Christmas party on the beautiful Waiheke. Destination Waiheke was so accommodating and helped to plan an event that made the most of our budget. Fun, challenging activities with Rob and Lynn that added a team building aspect, and then pure relaxation with excellent food and service at the Batch Winery.
