Devonport Chocolates

I came to Devonport specifically to visit this chocolate shop. It's an excellent place to procure gift chocolates.

Best chocolates on the shore. Worth the drive and $$. Would buy the whole store if I could. I hope they never close down.

Nice chocolates. The moment you enter you smell the delicious cocoa. I tried the truffles by taking a small box, chocolates are really good.

I bought a bar of chocolate, but the expiration date was passed one month ago. I realized it when I got home, so I can't return it, which is a shame.

Awesome experience every time I visit Devonport. Their chocolate truffles and pralines are sooo great, they have plenty of flavors! Not to mention they get a visually beautiful packaging, very fitting for gifts. Love this small yet cozy store!

Dropped in here and found the new owners so much more pleasant than the previous ones. Nicer atmosphere and staff looking far happier. Will be back.

I usually come several times a year. I went in 2 weeks ago and found pretty different. No chocolate taste, no new chocolates, and different staff. No those passion atmosphere from the staff like I used to feel there beforw. So I went to check the the company registered and found out there was a new company registered on the same website and trade name with a different company, directors on 18/03/2022. However the old company still there didn't change, but I guess it has changed owners.

Delicious handmade chocolates, such an amazing selection. Great place to pick up Christmas gifts.

Feijoa & Honey (already ate so not pictured) was the best flavour of all the delicious flavours!

Beautiful and tasty selection of chocolate treats, the staff was polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about not only their products but chocolate in general. Devonport Chocolates is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area, they also do online orders.

Unfortunately Some of my chocolates were damaged in the mail.
To my relief they were more than happy to replace them.

Artwork and presentation of chocolates are excellent, 5 stars for that, don't feel the same about the flavours, taste and price; a bit on the high side.

I received the Deluxe Chocolate ox for Christmas and from start to finish, it was top drawer! LOved every flavour, quality all round! Well done DC.

They never fail in quality. I am a foodie and love my chocolates, they a have a unique recipe for all the goodness. No chemicals used or weird after tastes.

Great chocolate, great choice of different varieties and taste. There cocoa is divine in hot milk.

Bit underwhelming to be honest.plus they'd never heard of gianduja. Really? Call yourself a chocolate shop? Come on. Could do better!
