DHL Express Service Point

DHL and the DHL Express Team are world class. Going above and beyond to allow us to pick our item in Auckland before it got to its original destination in Danniverk so we could have it in time for a wedding. The updates and notifications along the way were detailed and kept us informed. The customer service from the Express Team in Auckland is definitely the gold standard.

Excellent customer service from Cecilia at AGB Reception this morning - she helped us to locate and release a set of golf clubs for our overseas guest that we have been trying to track down for the last week. Cecilia went the extra mile for us with a smile on her face - thanks so much - our client is going to be so happy and best of all you’ve made us look good too!

I came to DHL airport branch. Lovely sister named Martha helped me to send my documents to my motherland even though it was almost closing time. She is very nice person. Thanks heaps for her customer service.

I just had the most amazing service from both
Tomai and grete It seemed extremely impossible to be able to collect my parcel at the urgent time I needed it which was end of the day…They were so patient and kind with me and did absolutely everything they could. One of the ladies even drove over to another gate to collect it for me once it had been located. I can honestly tell you I have worked for luxury and top customer service brands and they were better than any one I know.

They spent so much time with me and were just such bubbly and kind ladies.

I want to thank them for everything and let them know they are so appreciated!
